All agree that merger is most likely and 2027 is a strong possibility with 2nd and 3rd FID coming shortly

$TGLO IPO is not likely. The institutions are invested in the project and separate from the operating parent that Delfin owns 100%.

Delfin doesn’t need to do an IPO and give up potentially hundreds of millions in fees when they have a clean shell that they already own and a legitimized project. 

It’s also not going to stay private and leave capital on the table.
