The indiscriminate dumping in biotech over the last few weeks is wild to watch... it's gotten completely mindless at this point. Pure liquidation mode. I’ve been doing the opposite. Stepping up and buying the weakness. Adding to several positions and starting fresh ones where the dislocation is just getting stupid. When the tape gets this washed out, patient buyers get rewarded, IMO. Not trying to nail the exact bottom, just scaling into names I want to own while panic takes over. $XBI $IBB $IWM $VKTX $KLRA

Market doing what it does best. Sector rotation out of biotechs $XBI back to AI big tech, for now, as importantly we start Q4 this week. So a rinse/repeat of the cycle but year end outlook is strong. Clearing out lots of stop losses, shaking the tree, chasing out weak hands. Long term thesis $IOVA is intact with multiple catalysts straight ahead.

$XBI rising yields -so XBI macro is tough- But there are amzing, selective, diamonds in the rough being wrongfully associated with the macro. Companies with approved drugs- growing revs. and applications $AUPH is highly profitable, growth play. $SNDX Well capitalized and executing with 2 amazing-approved drugs. Buy the solid co's where baby being being thrown out with the bath water. Avoid anything that needs to raise $ and has no rev. generation.

Small and mid cap biotech has been on a run all year, $XBI up 29% YTD. $DRTS rode that wave too, up 198% YTD and consolidating just under its highs.

$XBI weakness persists but anything weak in this market for a few days usually reverses and vice versa

Current Chat discussion on $XBI selloff: -Technical picture on the ugly side (could fall to 200-day MA if this keeps up) -How much is due to the "CRISPR-pocalypse"? (Mike referring to competitive pressures from AI-designed drugs). $XBI $IBB Geeked out last night and found some interesting breadcrumbs that tie $KYTX to big parma and recently acquired Bios. Also was able to make ties to Celine Dion. Who is just returning to touring after her battle with Stiff Persons Syndrome (SPS). Additionally, it appears their pipeline growth is aligning them for a top tier autoimmune franchise. Also, don't forget, the asset they have licensed for autoimmune was originally shown effective in oncology. Truly a top tier winner. Follow/Subscribe for more suggestions/perspective. $XBI When rates go up...biotech gets scorched. Don't overthink it. What you could do is get rid of the maniac/retard you call a President. That would at least stop rates from going to levels last seen in the 80's.

$XBI We are going to see follow through pressure tomorrow. I say it tests the $145 level. If that breaks, well, all hell breaks loose for biotechs and the biotech recovery which started in April 2025 is officially over and we will absolutely see a bear market correction in bios of 25%. That'll take us down to the support at the $125 level. Shit is about to get real.

$XBI $ARKG today made no sense - barely any of these names popped bc of a stupid plague scare - they were holding sustained gains for at least a month in a sector that has extremely punishing volatility - the downside was coming for some of the more bloated tickers like $TWST but overall this was such a crazy over reaction that i can’t quite wrap my head around. the dance between biotech and ai just feels like a horrible game of whack a mole designed to screw retailers with asymmetric access to information.
