Push and pull. A lot of traders keep the same tempo every day, trying to force trades. I haven’t made a single penny day trading this week, and that’s what the market has demanded. We have our data, we telegraph our game plans, and we wait for the market to come to us. If it doesn’t, we protect capital. Simple. Momentum moves in cycles. These slow periods are temporary, and when momentum comes back, we’ll be prepared to capitalize. Don’t force it, don’t overtrade, and don’t get discouraged. Stay disciplined. I’ll catch you guys in the morning. New month, new opportunities. $TGE $CNTB $MSGY $TNON $LESL

$TGE This has to be the hottest acquisition target of all time for one of the major giants—$IAC, $MAR, or $EXPE. They could now snap up the company for next to nothing via the stock market and get the rest of the group for free in the process. A major player could now pay $51.374 million. In return, they would acquire the following: The Generation Essentials Group ("TGE" or the "Group" or the "Company") Interim Results 2026 Key Highlights: Revenue from contracts with customers grew by 35.8% to US$30.8 million Hospitality arm's revenue surged by 59.8% following strategic acquisitions Net profit improved significantly to US$22.8 million EPS increased by 366.7% to US$0.56/share Total Assets amounted to US$1.8 billion (US$37.2/share) Net asset value amounted to US$932.5 million (US$19.2/share)

$TGE I think the stock to buy is the parent company of this which is AMTD. They are trading on a all time low because they are doing a reverse stock split. 1 for 60. So they are setting this up for institions not TGE. My guess is after the split they will be trading around 33 dollars. Than they will announce that they are buying this out for like 6/8m bringing in 13m dollars of additional net income. They will push AMTD and suppress this to get the best deal. This is my thesis.

$TGE TGE’s main warrants have an $11.50 exercise price, far above the current ~$1.73 share price. So there’s no immediate warrant dilution around the current trading range; the bigger near-term dilution risk is the registered resale shares.

PS: when I swing I usually get a 5-10R I rarely mistaken my picks bye 🤡🤡🤡

$TGE At $1.61, the basic NAV math is: Shareholder equity: ~$754.0M Shares: ~48.46M Book value: ~$15.56/share $1.61 price = ~10.3% of book value To trade at 20% of book, that would be about $3.11 30%: ~$4.67 50%: ~$7.78 100%: ~$15.56 So, purely mathematically, $1.60 is still a very large discount to the company's reported net assets.

$TGE if those 100+ million shares traded when this ran to $1.90 are have been accumulated, the price increase could be much more violent if this breaks $1.50+

$TGE if you played this right - you could have added sub $1 and got out around $1.70 to $1.80. The opportunity was there for a scalp. Typical penny stock price action. Remember - no stock is good or bad.

$TGE ouch not even a mini bounce. back to sub dollar land until Feb. very sad. There will be another PR saying HKD earnings was 9x increased due to TGE 6 months from now will put them in RS territory. 10-1 split will prolly but them at 7 dollars with a 300k public float. For sure would hit that 19 dollar price they throw around. This sounds more likely. Also would be the same launch pad from which HKD took off. but if you didnt sell this pump idk man what was you doin.
