$NXGL Long story short, Adam completely screwed up. Abbvie was a massive miss, but this acquisition was borderline negligence. Shameful all around. Going forward, we can expect significant dilution, a large reverse split, and another year or two of wandering around in the wilderness. Hopefully Brian and the new management team can pull us through. I say all this as a shareholder with almost 60k shares today. Will not be selling, but this is dead money for at least another year.
