$FLG This is looking weak. They are in the multi family and CRE loan business mostly in NY in a rising rate environment and with a Mamdani admin that is hostile to multi family anything, home ownership and capitalism in general! Talk about headwinds. Glad I sold a few months ago in the mid 14s. The plan was to jump back in around 11-12 if it got there but I’m afraid to do that given the obstacles. Not buying back in unless there is clear evidence of falling interest rates.

$FLG Truist Securities analyst David Smith maintains Flagstar Bank (NYSE:FLG) with a Buy and lowers the price target from $17 to $15. I will take $15

$FLG Today after close we find out how much the short position increased. I'm guessing 5 million shares. Fascinating to watch.
