$CVV The Saugerties facility that they retained ownership of after the sale of SDC to Atlas Copco is likely valued a bit higher than I initially valued due to the building's cleanroom between 4000 and 5000 square feet which was built to ISO 4 and ISO 5 standards. The ISO 4 standard makes this building worth around $4 million vs my earlier estimate of around $2.5 million to $3.0 million. So the Saugerties property plus the Central Islip property is likely worth at least $30 million combined, and as much as $35 million if they find an ideal buyer for Central Islip. These properties are worth more than the company is being valued at, plus the company will end Q3 with about 24.5 million in working capital. I'm not sure what the tax rate and fees will be on the sale. I'm also not sure if the retain tax loss caryforwards after the SDC sale.

$CVV This business may be worth nothing according to some. But the real estate is worth at least $29 million combined, but as much $34 million if it matches recent central Long Island comparables. Working capital will come in around $24.5 million when they report Q3. The company has no debt. I see a range between $53 million and $59 million in assets here valued at about $29-$30 million. How badly does the market expect the company to continue to screw up, especially when the main shareholder/director has a 19% stake in the company and seems to be pushing for further asset sales. Bear in mind, I'm valuing the technology, IP, any remaining equipment sales, and material process know-how at $0.00.

$CVV The Commerce Department awarded GlobalWafers/MEMC up to $406 million on December 17, 2024 to establish what the government described as the first advanced high-volume 300 mm silicon-wafer facility in the United States, plus 300 mm silicon-on-insulator capacity in Missouri. That award was made under the Biden-Harris administration, about a month before Trump took office
