$XOS BULL CASE • ~$40M market cap • U.S. Air Force prototype contract — first defense-market entry • Xcel Energy repeat order: 3 additional Xos Hubs after deploying 2 • 5+ GWh delivered across connected Hub fleet • UL 2202 certification across 210–630 kWh Hub lineup • H1 gross margin: 31.0% vs 11.8% YoY • Operating expenses down 8.6% • Adjusted EBITDA improved 38.6% • ~$13.2M cash at Q2 end • Expanding beyond EV trucks into mobile charging, energy storage, utilities, defense and data-center power At ~$40M market cap, $XOS is still valued like a struggling EV manufacturer despite improving margins, repeat customers, proven Hub deployments and expansion into much larger markets. Government validation + repeat customers + margin expansion + new markets at a ~$40M valuation = asymmetric upside if execution continues. One Hub alone surpassed 1.02 GWh across 33,600+ charging sessions. 100+ commercial charging deployments show this is real-world infrastructure, not just a concept. Bullish $XOS

$XOS Diesel prices just jumped sharply in the latest PPI report. Worth watching for $XOS. Higher diesel costs strengthen the case for commercial fleet electrification and potentially increase demand for mobile charging infrastructure like Xos Hub. This is also the kind of macro signal and keyword setup that can get picked up by systematic and algorithmic trading models.

With diesel setting a new record high, I hope FedEx and UPS are regretting not buying $XOS step-vans.

$XOS Q3 ends today. A few things I'm hoping happened this quarter: • Revenue rebounded significantly from Q2's $4.7M • Hub revenue accelerated, including meaningful deliveries from the $3M/12-Hub autonomous fleet order announced in June • Additional Hub orders/customers were added beyond what's already been announced • Gross margin rebounded from Q2's 12.1% and provided more evidence that the 31% H1 margin is sustainable • Cash burn improved substantially as revenue and margins recovered • Most or all of the remaining ATM capacity was utilized at favorable prices, strengthening the cash position while minimizing dilution and reducing the near-term financing overhang • The core vehicle business stabilized while Hub/powertrain continued becoming a larger part of the business • Interest from newer markets like defense, utilities, autonomous fleets, data centers and transit began converting into a larger tangible pipeline • Full-year $35–43M revenue guidance was maintained or raised For me, the biggest things are Hub growth, margins/cash burn, and the balance sheet. The bull case isn't really about XOS returning to its old EV-truck story. It's about Hub/mobile energy storage becoming a much larger business, and XOS reaching the point where growth can increasingly fund itself rather than relying on repeated equity raises. Q3 should tell us a lot.

$XOS borrow rate on robinhood is down to 73% from 185% a week or two ago, which tells me that at least part of this move up has been a short covering a decent sized position. 73% suggests there's still quite a bit more out there.

$XOS How are we supposed to think about Harbinger's announcement of a 2K truck order from FedEx? Good for Xos becuase it's good for industry. Or, bad signal of Xos truck vertical?

$XOS Hm. A low volume relief rally with moderate liquidity. 4 cent spread isn't the worst I've seen with this junk. Still about 44% down with a loss of about $2,800. This might be my chance to stop wasting time and just take the L. I fucked up and I'm paying for it.
