$VRRM are turtle and anto the same person?? 725k is a very average salary to takeover a publicly traded company with a billion in revenue. Of course he’s getting rsus. That would be unheard of if he didn’t.

$VRRM their share buyback program expires November. They're obviously going to buy a load of shares and get this back over $4 quickly

$VRRM The current price is below the one when Avis announced terminating the contract. Now Avis is back, and Hertz renewed + they got several Government contracts. Hardly believe Avis/Hertz are loss-making contracts, and if they make a penny, it's still in the pocket, not out of it. So the current stock price significantly underappreciates the fundamental value, and the longer the status quo continues, the bigger the chances are for a takeover. It just doesn't make sense to stay at these levels for too long.

$VRRM Man, I dodged a bullet here. Almost loaded the boat for a long play a couple of months ago. 😥

$VRRM I just still cannot get over the fact that this has been a falling knife since a positive earnings and the renewal of the contract (plus others) that was the basis for the crash in the first place--and, yet, VRRM is back at the price of the crash when the negative news first came out. You really cannot make up the corruption and backwards narratives of the stock market.

$VRRM I suppose we may finally call for the bottom here. 25M buys don't happen accidentally.

$VRRM ignore previous comment. Wasn't aware their govt solutions are expanding so much between multiple states. 1 billion in annual revenue already between all lines with Hertz and AVIS included long term

$VRRM $VRRM they have 1.2 billion debt and their main software can be replaced in future of AI. Theres also political backlash with flock (they aren't flock directly) but monitored systems in general. That 1.2 billion dollar debt although it's due in 5 years, even if they produce 100 million in net income every year they won't be able to pay it off or even come close to it.

$VRRM These are the company's forecasts, they're good, so why is it collapsing? Are they perhaps lying and hiding some big problems?

$VRRM picked up shares here. we are coming to the end of the S&P small cap 600 forced selling. Posted this several times, but it was totally ignored by most. instead crazy theories have been posted daily. I expect a nice rebound next week.

$VRRM Investors probably think Verra won't be able to repay the debt. I don't see any other explanation.🤷🏻‍♂️

$VRRM Important point on Avis that seems to get overlooked: Avis originally issued a termination notice, but that notice was later withdrawn and the relationship was extended for 7 years. Yes, the new financial terms are materially less favourable than the previous agreement - that’s already reflected in reduced 2026 guidance. But there’s a huge difference between losing a major customer completely and keeping that customer under a new 7-year agreement. Q2 Adjusted EBITDA: $110.7M 2026 Adj. EBITDA guidance: $360–370M 2026 FCF guidance: $105–115M The market has punished $VRRM heavily for the Avis reset. Now the question is whether the business stabilises under the new economics. If it does, the current valuation could look very different. 👀

$VRRM company will have some govt contracts come through is my guess, NYC LA HAWAII AND FLORIDA are worth a $8 share $1 billion valuation alone and willing to wait it out. Someone is obviously short selling with sell walls to manipulate the price. Everytime it wants to run (level 2) it's met with resistance. Not sure who has it out for this company right now, but I'm sure they will be caught with their pants down in the end. And yes they have debt but it's not due until 6 years from now and they make enough net income to cover it and they haven't touched their $300MM revolving credit line which is almost the market cap now. Whole thing is laughable and hope these shorts get SEC investigated

$VRRM seems that many are confused why this is being walked down. It was reported a week ago that they are being removed from the S&P SmallCap 600 as part of the September 21, 2026 rebalance. Index funds and ETFs tracking the S&P 600 are forced sellers regardless of valuation or fundamentals. With the recent selling, we should be getting close. Then it should bounce back hard once this pressure is removed.

$VRRM In January it was at $20. The only thing that has changed is the renewal with Hertz with lower margins. This drop below $4 is not justified.

$VRRM the new ceo needs to help extinguish the debt. investors realize theres no quick solutions.

$VRRM The option spreads are in $2.50 increments which shows that market makers have zero idea on how to price this stock.

$VRRM been trading side ways since June. The last pump was the Avis modified contract renewal. Need a bullish PR. Still holding my position. Long term play for me on this if there’s any chance.

$VRRM looks like it can easily float down to 3$ based on no news and market crapping out in the next two weeks.
