ADA holders can earn staking rewards by locking up their tokens to help secure the network, vote on proposed changes to the platform, and use ADA for international money transfers with lower fees than traditional services.  Cardano was founded in 2017 by Charles Hoskinson, who previously helped create Ethereum. Hoskinson leads Input Output Global (IOG), the technology company that builds and maintains Cardano's core software. The ecosystem operates through three organizations: IOG handles technical development, the Cardano Foundation promotes adoption and standardization, and Emurgo helps businesses integrate blockchain technology into their operations. This structure distributes responsibilities across multiple groups rather than concentrating control in a single entity. <ul class="summary-bullets"><li>Oppenheimer downgraded Mosaic to ‘Perform’ from ‘Outperform’.</li><li>Tight sulfur market conditions are expected to persist into the first half of 2026, continuing to weigh on Mosaic’s outlook, the brokerage firm added.</li><li>Tight credit and increased competition due to an influx of lower-grade phosphate imports from China weighed on demand and margins in Brazil.</li></ul>Mosaic Company (MOS) shares were trading down 4.5% on Friday after the firm said that fertilizer market conditions remained challenging in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025, as weaker-than-usual seasonal demand weighed on results.In response, Oppenheimer downgraded Mosaic to ‘Perform’ from ‘Outperform’ and removed the firm’s previous $35 price target following the company’s “weak” preliminary Q4 results.Oppenheimer expects Mosaic to continue making gradual progress on operating rates, but noted there is no clear catalyst to lift fertilizer demand in the current crop year. Tight sulfur market conditions are also expected to persist into the first half of 2026, continuing to weigh on the outlook.Despite the intraday drop, retail sentiment on Stocktwits remained in the ‘bullish’ zone over the past 24 hours.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Q4 Preliminary Update</h2>In North America, fertilizer demand dropped sharply as growers remained under economic pressure and an early winter shortened the fall application season. Phosphates were hit hardest due to lower affordability than potash, with shipments estimated to be down about 20% from a year ago.The weak environment weighed on Mosaic’s results, with Q4 phosphate sales of about 1.3 million tonnes and potash sales near 2.2 million tonnes. In response, the company adjusted its phosphate production and shifted volumes to markets showing stronger demand, keeping overall output in line with the prior quarter, though lower sales and rising inventories pressured cash flow.Conditions in Brazil also worsened, as tighter credit and increased competition, due to an influx of lower-grade phosphate imports from China, weighed on demand and margins. MOS Stock Sees Red As Cheaper Chinese Imports Weigh On Q4 Operations

Mosaic Company said that fertilizer market conditions remained challenging in the fourth quarter, as weaker-than-usual seasonal demand weighed on results.

Ghori, however, did not clarify which version of the Cybertruck was handed to the employee. The higher-end Cyberbeast version of the vehicle has a starting price of $114,990.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Cybertruck Demand</h2>In December, Bloomberg reported that Tesla’s South Korean supplier L&amp;F Co. has reportedly slashed its supply contract with the EV maker down to 9.73 million won from 3.83 trillion won.&nbsp;The report also noted a person familiar with the matter attributing the slash in part to issues with the Cybertruck. The supplier only ended up providing a tiny fraction of battery material that the carmaker had ordered nearly three years ago, they added.L&amp;F was contracted to supply Tesla with high-nickel cathode material which was to be used in Cybertruck batteries but only small amounts were provided due to delays in the vehicle’s development and low consumer demand, a person familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.The supply contract was also affected by broader policy and economic issues, including the elimination of Inflation Reduction Act subsidies which included a $7500 federal tax credit on the purchase of select EVs, the person added.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Weak Demand Haunts The Stainless Steel Juggernaut</h2>Tesla started delivering the Cybertruck in November 2023 after a long wait. However, the truck was pricier than proposed during unveiling in 2019, dragging down demand and preventing reservation holders from actually placing the order. Musk had said in 2019 that the entry level variant of the truck would start at just about $40,000, while the most premium version would start at around $70,000.The Cybertruck’s stainless steel exterior and angular design also pulled split opinions, with some deeming it ugly while others appreciated the change.Musk has previously predicted that Tesla could sell up 500,000 Cybertrucks annually. However, in 2024, the company sold only 85,133 units of all its premium models combined, which includes the Model S, X and the Cybertruck, putting Cybertruck annual sales alone at below 30,000 units on an estimate.Elon Musk’s rocket and spacecraft manufacturing company SpaceX has also reportedly bought over 1000 Cybertrucks from the billionaire’s EV company Tesla.
