I'm more amazed that a company can reach into its bag of tricks, so many times and pull the same trick out and still have it work and have people buy it. The fake LOI is latest in the LOI bag of tricks this year. Just mind boggling. They don't have any money. Let alone $40. They owe $15M to their toxic financiers and they can't pay that. Thats due in a month. They needed a million to start up their Houston remediation factory and they don't have that. It'st sits undone and idle. The Empire merger is now years in the process and they don't have the money to do that. Don't get me started on the Olenox LOI. The next report bag of tricks play will be the 'oil trade' aspect of their failed business. Where they bring in a ton of revenue. But less than 1% is profit.

$VIVK just look at the timing of the notes. Every single time they have done a reverse split. the JJ astor notes due literally a few days after any rs. Where they could get the most money for the notes. the price of the stock is readjusted. It's all pre-planned. JJ astor is owned by the CEO of VIVK. James looks like insider trading covering it up. Best way to make money is to be a note holder to make notes for yourself and have the stock reverse split every time because somebody will jump on it and they will use that to pay themselves

$VIVK every single non-binding deal was the day they diluted the shares. 10 times in a row. Notes payments started October 5th. Again payments daily due October 5th. News released October 6th. Guess what they're using shares to pay the notes.

Heavy manipulated drop today, maybe into tomorrow, followed by huge pump/dump Investors need to convert notes so dilution is inevitable, but only from a much higher price. Timing is everything, 500k shares, big risk/reward play. Just don't get greedy as this company is on rinse/repeat.
