$UNIT The debt is strangling us. Rising rates are working against us here. The business remains strong. Looking for an announcement for asset sales to pay down the debt. Paying off debt with selling pieces of the company's that contribute little to EBITDA would be a major share price win. 1) Improve cash flow and debt risk 2) increase the multiple we trade at as the investment is seen as less-risky.
