$UMAV Lawson needs to step down. He's completely stalled out on closing any financing or moving product dev forward. Too many months are going by w/ out results. Meanwhile Canouse keeps converting billions while Lawson fails to hit any milestones. There is a real opportunity to get faa approval and attract financing under competent leadership.

$UMAV it's sad to watch otc ceos who keep re-treading same posts when the power of the messaging gimmick fades. They keep chasing the dragon thinking they'll get another pop. It's like watching a hot chick who's used to lots of attention try a low cut dress and lost the looks and doesn't realize she's no longer wanted.

$UMAV promissory note ha ha The company has been talking about this exact $50 million Term Sheet since at least late 2024 / early 2025. In February 2026, management claimed they were "waiting on closing documents", and in April 2026, they repeated that it was "intact" while filing for an annual report extension. Moving the goalposts to late September 2026 fits this exact pattern.

$UMAV If Canouse would just relinquish billions in common holdings, and allow to be retired, his remaining holdings would vault in value as sp would react to news positively. Sometimes these guys just can't make the right moves even when obvious.

$UMAV Delist this turd already. This is the only company worse than Xeriant out there. Cool wannbe blimps like its the 1930's!!

$UMAV If any of you are hoping Xeriant is going to save you remember Xeriant is down -95% in last 5 years hasn't made a dollar in revenue and 6 million dollars in debt! Also and their shareprice a couple months ago was almost trips as well. Good luck!

$UMAV Nothing is improving as the horizon for this drone airship is seemingly slipping away. The economic climate, financial environment is deteriorating daily and decision-making companies are sitting on their funding.
