$TENX Loaded more today. I add every down day. ADAR bought $1.79 and owns 15% I'm comfortable having an average slightly higher than them. Type C meeting still coming, I still know what I own. Continue to flip for beer money if that suits you. I'll post my six figure gains when the day comes. All analysts agree this is a 10-20x'er.

$TENX paused enrollment in its LEVEL-2 HFpEF trial as it amends criteria and seeks an FDA Type C meeting.

$TENX Previously sold at approx. $14 as per my prior posts due to valuation and management issues. Rebought my shares at this level due to upside is now 10x to 30x imo. Drug works but management did terrible job with trial design. I believe they get it right this time. Similar to KOD imo which went thru a similar path. I am long SLS, AGMB and now TENX. GLTA

$TENX What I’m watching $2.00 is the big psychological level. If TENX holds around $2 and buyers return, I would expect another attempt at $2.16–$2.22, which is today’s/previous resistance area. A convincing break above $2.22 would make $2.40–$2.50 the next interesting zone. TENX previously reached $2.43 on August 25, so that area has some technical significance.

$TENX As per Sec.; Tenax says LEVEL-2 is already running, but the baseline-6MWD moving forward is capped. Meaning they do not necessarily wait for the Type C meeting to enrich the existing research. LEVEL data → enrichment hypothesis → adjust existing LEVEL-2 → FDA Type C → final registration plan

To be clear... all three transactions are Code P cash buys in the open market--no option exercises, no RSUs, and no automated 10b5-1 plans. • CEO Christopher Giordano: Bought 10,850 shares between $1.82–$1.88 ($20.1K outlay), doubling his direct stake to 22,174 shares. • CFO Thomas Staab II: Bought 5,675 shares @ $1.935 ($11.0K outlay), increasing his direct stake by +57% to 15,675 shares. • Director Declan Doogan: Stepped up with 53,000 shares @ $1.92 ($101.8K outlay), expanding his direct ownership by +2,330% to 55,274 shares. Insiders sell for many reasons, but they only buy on the open market with their own cash for one. IMO, seeing the CEO, CFO, and a Director simultaneously step up and commit personal capital right in the $1.82–$1.94 zone is a clear vote of confidence. Position: Long common equity. NFA.

$TENX I'm glad the Monopoly Man is gone. This stock doesn't need a promoter obsessively pumping it every five minutes. I'd honestly be happy if he went and touched some grass, but I guess he's busy pumping some other penny stock now haha. As for the stock itself, it just needs a little time. Anyone who actually did their DD knows there are several catalysts on the way.

$TENX If LEVEL-2 is successful and FDA approval eventually follows, Tenax estimates 1,5B peak sales. You do the math

$TENX this will jump by the dollars once we get approval and good news, there is no letting investors gradually buy in while it’s climbing , it’s either you hold and load up at the bottom or you miss the big bounce up when you least expect it and miss out

$TENX Type C Meeting is still insanely bullish at these levels. This is a lottery ticket.

$TENX Likely closed $1.98 and likely goes a little lower than that. Was the news overwhelmingly good yesterday? Did the CEO set any expectations on timing? I may have missed it but didn’t hear it. Good luck longs.
