$SGHC Thanks for the dividend! Adding today! Short term SP means very little in the long term…

$SGHC For the record, I prefer stock buybacks over a special dividend this year. I think meaningful stock buybacks and a moderate increase in the ordinary dividend would do more to project financial strength and protect shareholder value than payment of a special dividend this year, given the strong performance of the business and the weak performance of the stock. If you disagree, feel free let me know below. I’d honestly love to hear your opinion.

We shall meet them in their deserts and their mountain passes, in their caves, their cities, and their streets; we shall hunt them across every border and every shadow, and we shall never remove our boot from their necks until the murder they sowed on that September morning is answered and their continued threats are erased, along with their names, from this earth. God bless the United States of America and God bless $SGHC’s march to twenty. 🫡🇺🇸🚀🚀

$SGHC remember that this company has zero exposure to US OSB market and prediction players. What they have instead is market dominance in Africa, highest margin in industry, zero debt and $700M cash at year end.

$SGHC Bought back a couple hundred shares today. RSI at 21 on the two year chart. It's ridiculous. Down 19 days in a row. C'mon! It's a little dangerous to buy right here. Looks like this thing coujd go under 10, it may go to 9 again. It's just broken. We're in a screwed up time with the Fed. have a full dreadful month to get to November. The Fed will surely back off after the market has thrown such a hissy fit. (they blew it, and they know it, and it's all on Trump, he's the one that put us here) You would think he could do better at hiring after the show apprentice hit number one in the ratings. Lol Hey, but that's Hollywood.

$SGHC $RSI One of the fed governors in New York said he thinks the fed should back off. Now the chances have dropped from 65 to 35% for rate hike in October. That pretty much says they screwed up by raising rates in September. Of course they screwed up, they're idiots. But anyway, we'll know more on at 2 o'clock with the PCE(Personal consumption inflation number) comes out. If that Number comes in soft, this market may take off.

$SGHC Sold half of my holdings at 13. I went shopping and lost even more. Worst September in many years. But if you were in the magnificent seven, you're OK. What a great well balanced market. Raised rates didn't hurt seven companies. But it killed everybody else. Thanks fed.

$SGHC SEAH guy here, feels like the longest rug pull ever, til u look at the numbers. Why can’t thIS grab any Wall Street action? The Chairman used to play in that pool and the rest of team is solid. I just don’t get it. I’m in under $3.50 a share. Took a shitload cost averaging down, but it’s payed me my nut 4 times and I still have almost 10,000 shares. Hope it wakes up, shit the multiple.25c special Divy even got no attention. Im holding my shares, they’re 4 times paid for by SGHC …..ALL house money now. what a weird ride GLTA

I hope the company bought back some stock and continues to do so in a meaningful amount. One thing to say that acquisition target prices are still too rich to be attractive bolt-on growth investments. It’s a whole other thing to say, through inaction or immaterial amount, that shares of $SGHC at current prices are still too rich for management to consider buybacks the best available use of the company’s investment capital. If this company, with all its cash and balance sheet strength, won’t meaningfully buyback its own shares at current market prices, I’d like hear management explain why during the next earnings conference call. If its float-related, then I expect to hear that action is being taken to address the float issue so that going forward the company is able to freely and opportunistically buck back stock in a meaningful amount subject to the CEO’s best business judgment at the time. My long term investment bullish vision is that this company becomes a buyback machine.

$SGHC maybe someone smarter than me can chime in why this is good or bad but seems to me that Betway would be the perfect target for Draftkings or one of the other big U.S. players to acquire. Given that Betway seems to be dominating globally (and particularly in Africa) it would make sense to acquire them in order to build a global brand. Am I wrong in thinking this?

🟡 $SGHC pulling back right into the EMA20/50 zone ($13.70-13.74), barely 0.7% off it. RSI sitting neutral at 51.8, structure still holding above EMA200. Watching for it to hold here 👀
