$AVEX Dilution, Dilution, Palantir management was pretty hated for stock based compensation/dilution back when it was at $7 a share. I doubt we ever see anything like Palantir explosion, but I don’t think dilution means Avex is dead. May have to endure some pain, but you either believe in what the company does or you don’t. For now I still believe.

$AVEX Aevex resumed with a Buy at Jefferies Jefferies analyst Sheila Kahyaoglu resumed coverage of Aevex with a Buy rating and $26 price target following the acquisition of BlackSea. The firm says expanding demand across launched effects, precision strike, and maritime autonomy supports continued growth, margin upside, and re-rating potential for Aevex. The shares trade at a 50% discount to peers, the analyst tells investors in a research note.

BlackSea Technologies and affiliated Razor’s Edge funds report ownership of 12,727,273 AVEX Class A shares — 18.4% of the post-deal Class A shares. Those shares were issued in connection with the Sept. 8 BlackSea transaction; this filing is not a new 12.7M-share purchase today. Why it matters: we finally have a clean number on how much of AVEX’s equity the BlackSea/Razor’s Edge side retained. That’s a substantial stake, so the sellers have meaningful continuing exposure to AVEX rather than simply cashing out. I view that as mildly bullish alignment, although the other side is a potential future share-supply/overhang issue if those holders eventually become eligible and decide to sell.
