$PESI they have a good geographic niche and advantage , but not the best financially managed company. They need to strengthen up the ranks of management, especially at the CFO level. Maybe the $MIR mentor relationship could add value in that regard.

$PESI so, to sum up: the people running this company...probably shouldn't be; the BOD...somebody please wake them up; the Business Model...has been broken for over 30 years.

$PESI The annual net losses for the last three years (including current year) have become mind-bending. Somebody, besides the accountants, needs to step in and take charge, or take over. Normally that would be the BOD's job. Like I said somebody (else) needs to step in. It's a horror show. It's ridiculous that this has gone on this long w/the only answer being more dilution.
