$OMER Who honestly would’ve bet more than a dollar that we’d hit $32M in gross sales before the earnings call? Still unbelievable.

$OMER GD knew about the in-the-money options likely to be exercised by directors/senior management and non-reportable staff. options. He had stellar sales data for the 2nd quarter, but also knows how it is tracking into the 3rd quarter with +J-code in place and NTAP soon coming on line. He closed the quarter with $132M. I firmly believe that in the period between July 1st and August 12th GD was buying OMER shares cheaply to cover exercise of employees' options and also to buy back premptively shares to cover balance of future convertible notes conversion. These purchases are not reportable until 3rd Quarter earnings report. They reduce the shares available for short covering, and prevent normal dilution. GD you've done it again: no favours for anyone, except true believers.

$OMER just normal fluctuations in between earnings… nothing has changed. After third-quarter results will be sitting closer to $25-27. Feel free to mark this post.

$OMER I started buying this stock in Aug 2021. My first purchase 500 shares at $15.13. I bought shares pretty regularly as it was on a fast elevator down. A little over a year later, December 2022, I bought 1000 shares at $1.98. For the following 3 years as the news didn't get a lot better I bought shares between $3-$5. For a very long time this stock was a drag on my portfolio. It is finally looking really good and making me look smarter. A lot of people say buy and hold doesn't work in biotech. That may be the case frequently but I'd argue that if the science is good then buy and then buy more when news isn't favorable over time. Flipping these stocks creates tax consequences, and it is hard to to time things well on a consistent basis. Sometime in the not too distant future I plan to start to leg out of this investment just like I bought into it, and realize the gains. Cheers to all those who have been patient with OMER! It is now a wealth creator in my portfolio!

$OMER Hard to believe that 2 months ago we were under $9. Thinking much more to go here! Continue to add on any pullback while selling puts and calls along the way! No extra charge...for those concerned about the execs cashing in options, remember, they can not trade on insider information. The recent insider sales are nothing burgers.

$OMER “Omeros Corporation is participating as an exhibitor (Booth 132) at the Fourteenth Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2026). The conference takes place from September 9 to 12, 2026, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. At the event, Omeros Corporation is highlighting its clinical and commercial developments, including its lead complement inhibitor YARTEMLEA (narsoplimab-wuug), which is approved for treating hematopoietic stem cell transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy (TA-TMA.” This is AI generated. What is sure is that in 2025 they didn’t participate but this year they do. More AI: While a formal abstract presentation for OncotoX-AML is not on the SOHO leukemia program, company representatives at Booth 132 will be equipped to provide the latest high-level commentary on when this program is expected to transition into human clinical trials.

$OMER Trading very well considering absolutely little to no volume day. We seem destined for next move up which as we know normally see 1.5- 2M shares traded. In the past we would get torched on these low volume days like this. Cant help to be very optimistic these next few weeks.

$OMER Nova gave Omeros a lifeline with a years worth of funding. They have now proven that they can survive without additional funding. 2 of their biggest assets won’t start their trials until the end of next year. The cancer program will go dark until that time comes. It has me thinking that there are collaborations with Novo that we don’t know about. I’m excited for the November earnings report. My guess is that they will do 60 million in sales. I could be underestimating them a bit because the trajectory seems unbelievable at the moment. Next year I expect them to do between 400-500 million in sales if they aren’t bought out

$OMER Monday Novo has a Capital Markets Day. Management will give a comprehensive review of strategy and the R&D pipeline. That is exactly the type of venue where we could finally get more detail on zaltenibart’s Phase 3 plan.

$OMER Nvo pulling two more drugs from trials…pipeline taking a hit. It’s time for them to get Zaltenibart into P3 trial…

$OMER Worry about minor sales by directors is misguided. What is important is that our new director Joseph L. Schocken was quite happy to buy 525,000 shares of Omeros in the open market (+ 30,000 options for becoming director). Smart money.

$OMER - ZALTENIBART -The development and financial milestones for zaltenibart are governed by a multi-billion-dollar licensing agreement. In late 2025, Novo Nordisk acquired the exclusive global rights to the drug from Omeros Corporation. The clinical milestone targets and the subsequent financial payouts are structured as follows: 1. Clinical & Regulatory Milestones • Phase 3 Clinical Data: Novo Nordisk is managing the global Phase 3 clinical trials evaluating the drug for paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). Topline clinical data required for regulatory approval is anticipated in late 2027. • Biologics License Application (BLA): Following successful trial readouts, a BLA submission to the FDA for PNH is expected to occur around the fourth quarter of 2027. • Indication Expansion: Beyond PNH, development milestones are tied to expanding the drug's clinical pipeline into other rare kidney and blood conditions, such as C3 glomerulopathy (C3G) and IgA nephropathy.

$OMER NTAP for Yartemlea starts Oct 1, but hospitals bill for it only after patient discharge, once the full course is complete. Treatment duration varies (FDA label: median 5.5–8 weeks, range 2–16+ weeks). So hospitals aiming for October/November discharges would need to be starting — and stocking — patients now, in September. The real demand ramp likely precedes the official NTAP start date.

$OMER from gena on IV message board.. OMER — Analyst updates OMER — Analyst updates through Aug. 19, 2026 The biggest change: revenue estimates jumped Following the Q2 YARTEMLEA results, consensus FY2026 revenue was revised from about $67.8M to $125.6M, to $87.2M in H2, an increase of roughly 85%. That's approximately $43.6M per quarter for Q3 and Q4. That is an aggressive assumption relative to Q2's $28.5M—but it tells us something important: The new $125.6M consensus is no longer a conservative launch model. It assumes substantial acceleration during H2. FY2026 EPS moved from approximately -$0.06 to +$0.89. What to watch next The next major analyst event isn't necessarily another price-target revision. It is: Q3 2026 revenue estimate revisions. Specifically, watch whether analysts move toward: $125M FY2026 or even higher. And then watch 2027. If analysts start moving toward 2026 - $125–135M, 2027 - $200M, 2028 - $300M+, watch for the new coverage and price target upgrades
