$OMER Hello, all. Not much to add as I think you folks have honed in on the right info as regards the value of the stock. My holdings reflect my expectations. 415k of my shares plus 50k of short puts at 19 in November that I expect to expire worthless. And 18k shares in my kids’ accounts. This being the 16s, reflecting skepticism about 3q, is a gift to all who know what we own. The reasons for optimism are many, as you all have pointed out. Huge Yart growth already, beyond reasonable expectations Retired converts and buybacks Potential off label sales & other indications (e.g., ARDS) Potential EU someday Zaltenibart increased priority and accelerated OncotoX $100 million coming Making money and will make more (which is almost unfathomable), so failure scenario 0% probable No reason to expect buyout as the company is focused on driving sales and profits, not primping for a sale, and they obviously think it’s worth way more than this price I’m not selling anytime soon.

$OMER ….Greg gave us a huge tip in the last press release when he mentioned “due to HIGH demand of Yart we are discontinuing the compassion use program “ …this wasn’t just some passing statement …you have to choose your words wisely when you do a PR. ….i expect 50 million plus in sales this quarter with the stock hitting $30 after the call heading to $40 by Christmas. OMER is a super strong buy under $20 and a strong buy under $25 …..$100 stock

$OMER In the world of biotech M&A, an executive option grant with high performance hurdles often acts as a catalyst to accelerate a buyout rather than push it away, GWPH, RETA, BHVN etc...

$OMER…. yes hate to be political here, but for those of you who voted Democrat, you got what you deserve today in the market let’s hope it doesn’t continue.

$OMER I turned bullish after Q2 earnings report on 2 reasons: 1. Finally ALXN competition is out of way, if their P3 was positive, with their powerful network, YAR may have a very hard time gain market share. 2. Q2 sales was a big surprise to the upside, but YAR performed as it should be, only approved treatment for high mortality TMA to rapidly take over TMA market. I waited last CHMP negative opinion to price in to buy in, now I do not see any negative news, only how fast YAR takes up US TMA market shares, and street to upgrade YAR peak sales potential of $1B with normal premium valuation, IMO.

$OMER When you look at Rezurock's re-examination, it's a very similar story than Yartemlea's. So at least a conditional approval should definitely be possible.

$OMER now Imagin the volume and move after the QIII CC and revenues explodes again. Last Qtr it traded 10,000,000 shares after the CC.

$OMER Today's trading confirms my believe fundamentally OMER's fair value is $16.5/share with Q2 Yar gross sales of $32M, feel comfortable now that OMER has very limited down side even my expected deep market correction going on, OMER has passed the market test today, Q3 upside surprise will decide next level fair value, my estimate Q3 $52M and fair price $25, IMO.

$OMER earnings next week, these games won't matter when Yartemlea revenues get inked. Potential reprice to 25-30 range post call

$OMER Lots of speculation concerning CHMP review of the Yartemlea negative opinion. As noted earlier, there seems to be a favourable trend of approving orphan indications. Also of note is that the original assessment meeting took place on June 22-25. At that time the Alexion Ultomiris randomised trial results had not been announced. Experts may have been waiting for positive results, which however did not eventuate when results were announced on July 27. Given Alexion's trial failure and the extensive use off label of SOLIRIS/ULTOMIRIS it seems to me that some members of the AHEG will definitely be highlighting the merits of an approved FDA drug over the off label use .

$OMER No more than a reflection of general market volatility. In earlier times we would have fallen at double or triple the market rate due to high beta. Buying opportunity for those so inclined. This too will pass.

$OMER how good is it to close near high of day with low volume. Can see this running back up to 20 by earnings.

Leqembi shows that a re-examination can produce exactly that kind of compromise. Whether such an approach is available or acceptable for Yartemlea depends on the evidence and the terms of the application.'

Clinical adoption in the USA is of immense importance. These physicians are familiar with their patients' prognoses, existing treatment options, and the challenges involved in identifying a genuine therapeutic effect. : Physicians in the USA are not using narsoplimab simply because the FDA has approved it! They are using it because it works and is safe!
