$OM Form 4 filed Oct 5: 10% owner Braden Michael Leonard bought 244,909 shares (~$870K) at ~$3.55 avg on Oct 1–2. He now holds 2.76M shares. Context: he also bought ~$3M worth in May at $5.00 — this is adding to an existing position, not a first-time buy.

$OM Wild moves. Management is asleep. This is still a great business. They need to sign some other refresh deals.

$OM what keeps me heavily invested in Outset Medical is the product, the service, the signals of adoption of Tablo, and the prospect of hospital-to-home. Here we have a Christus Health Hospital that has internalized Tablo with the support of another Christus Hospital. As a background, Christus is the 9th largest health system in the US with 66 hospitals. I think given the centralized nature of procurement at Christus, this will likely evolve into another HCA-like agreement with Outset.

$OM What I really want to see is insider buying at these depressed levels. Maybe Leslie bought 750,000 shares on the open market. Wouldn't that be nice.

$OM new uncharted territory. Wow just wow. What a disaster. Management just needed to increase guidance and they couldn’t do it now people can take it anywhere because no interest from buyers. People told me management was terrible but I trusted the business and valuation which is still low. Only if they had good people leading this business

Beat earnings, re-affirmed guidance, stock is down -40% in a month. Anyone speak to IR? $OM

$OM whatever the rumor on the Street was yesterday to cause the price appreciation on heavy volume, there must be something to it as there has been no profit taking and decent follow through. This could get very interesting!

$OM On a day where small cap bio's are getting hit hard, this one gets a bid on large volume. Go figure!

$OM company has a new fda 483 that was disclosed in the sec filing. They also renegotiated the loan indicating unlikely to hit revenue mile, likely to miss guidance and lawsuit is getting worse not better. Consumables are also lower. Overall picture is not looking pretty.

$OM the only time I didn’t look at it as was waiting for it to come to my level and this happens. Fuck man, what just happened here
