And he knows that with these high oil prices almost virtually guarantees a democratic win in November so I could be wrong, but I believe that something's gonna come out and the next couple of weeks to turn these oil prices around he's running out of time to make a move, even if it's only a paper tiger move.

$NCLH Here's the Daily Chart and yes it's ugly but there's light! First off, RSI is below 30 which signifies oversold conditions and could attract buyers. MACD looks like it's about to cross which typically signals a trend change (could be a bullish future sign). Bad news, is this could test 14.29 tomorrow. Ugh! But, this can't just sell forever and again, I wouldn't want to be short on this one. When it comes back, it's going to be fierce! This stock can gap up overnight without warning! Good luck all.
