$MDNAF SITC 2026: this is the first time MDNA & its authors claimed efficacy. Across ASCO, ESMO, AACR, and SITC 2024–2025, MDNA used softer, neutral phrasing — never once an efficacy claim.
The tone changed with SITC 2026, where MDNA11 used a headline level efficacy phrase, not one buried in the text. That’s a confidence signal. You don’t get to say “demonstrates clinical activity” unless reviewers see real, reproducible anti-tumor effect.
authors pick the abstract title-not more than 200 characters, SITC reviews it for compliance — character limit, accuracy, and no exaggerated claims. SITC only allows efficacy type wording when reviewers agree the data truly support it.
Out of all abstracts released so far, only MDNA11 claims in- human efficacy (“clinical activity”) in the title- This is extremely rare. In 2025 none of the abstracts made such a claim. SITC is conservative with clinical claims. Everyone who’s actually seen the data seems to agree on one thing — MDNA11 is crushing it.
