$LX Don’t spread lies on here! The Reality: A stock does not face an instantaneous delisting threat just because it trades below $1.00. Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), a stock must close below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days just to receive an initial warning (a "deficiency notice"). $LX only crossed below $1.00 on September 1, 2026. They are projecting an imaginary deadline.

$LX Trading at ~0.08x book value with reported BVPS around $10.7 and a share price around $0.8. I'm not arguing book = intrinsic value. But the market is pricing an extremely severe outcome. The burden of proof is now on management to show that retained capital creates more value than dividends, buybacks, or other strategic alternatives.

$LX $LU The other peers are performing well, it’s unbelievable how dumb the market is, today they should have gone up by at least 10% given they’re the companies with the best risk/reward profile.

$LX Why doesn't CEO Jay buy at least 500k shares for his personal account? That would be tremendously re-assuring...

$LX doesn't show a reason to be trading below 1/share. And folks need a prod to look harder at financial reserves. No one has a way to make any money if price isn't above 1/share so people can sell calls for some income while waiting until next update comes from company. Over 10/share of equity and over 350 million in cash, US conversion, shouldn't disappear in one quarter. But cheap price hints that it could.

$LX It appears selling at $0.91 for some profit and favoring $LU at $1.21 was the right move, at least for now. I have been following the Juzi story very closely. The good news is that there have now been major audits across the lending platforms over the past few weeks, and so far this appears to be an isolated incident rather than a widespread industry problem. Chinese regulators have now told banks not to pull back as aggressively, as they did not want the consumer lending industry to grind to a halt. Many small/mid-sized players have shut down but conditions seem to be very slowly moving back in the right direction for the major facilitators remaining. I am betting LU picked up some business as they were one of the only ones not cut off. With the crackdown on outside lending agencies and long-tail lenders exiting the market, the big remaining question is the extent of defaults from consumers who can no longer roll over their loans after being cut off. Will revisit LX in the 0.70s.

$LX will need to trade back above 1 bid at close within a few days to avoid notififcation from SEC.

$LX he can’t buy before a major announcement due to regulations. He can’t buy before a buyback that could send the stock 2x in a single trading session. Him not buying might be good here, something big might be cooking off the grid.

$LX Just sorted my watch portfolio of 250 names by daily movement. Biggest gainer today on the entire list is $LU (up 10%) and biggest loser on the list is $LX (down 6%). That was not on my bingo card. Other making the switch? My position in LX at 0.735 (afer a fill just now at 0.72) is still 1/25th the size of my LU position. I am out of QFIN completely and looking for the 6s on that one given the recent news. I think medium-long term LX will be one of the survivors and should do just fine. The CEO has significant skin in the game, the company has a solid history of buybacks and shareholder returns, and it has some useful diversification beyond the core lending business. But as I have said so many times, on pure risk-reward, I still think LU is impossible to beat at current levels.

$LX $2/share in cash is a good reason for bounce from oversold even without coming near over $10/share of company equity. Ninja buyers need to start bounce in week ahead while US market is in disarray. Cash is still supposed to matter.

$LX $3+ by December 2027 which should allow me to breakeven...or should I say...YIKES, I am 232 pennies short.

$LX A near-term buyback announcement looks unlikely: management has effectively paused repurchases, with ~$11M left under the existing $50M authorization, and said further buybacks will be evaluated only once market conditions stabilize and operating performance recovers.

$LX $QFIN I couldn’t ignore the risk/reward that have been building this past few weeks in both names, so I sold my recently purchased LX position from $0.735 for a few pennies of profits today and rolled it all into QFIN at $7.07 for a decent clip. Back to flat on LX once again. I still think LX has a little more upside than QFIN once things stabilize, but the risks are also much, much higher across the board for LX given the balance sheet, leverage and partnership risk. For now, I’m going with the safer name. However, LU remains my largest bet by far, with my QFIN position now roughly 1/10 the size of LU just to spread things out. Good luck to those long.

$LX This is what happens when you break own rule and buy another Chinese stock. Need 100% run just to break even. No one else to blame.

$LX BABA should do a 1:17 swap, take over LX for $6 /share, fold it into ANT group. (which will be listed soon anyway.) BABA share count increases by 10 million from 2.5 billion to 2.6 billion.
