$KULR If the clarity act doesn't boost bitcoin today, and btc keeps dropping, then selling the btc may have been a good decision. Especially if they use the money to invest in the business and stop the ATM issuance until the share price of $KULR goes back up to double digits atleast.

Yes mgt did screw up with the bitcoin fiasco but if they capture new defense orders this will give it solid ground to start turning the company around. Hopefully they will also get their Texas manufacturing facility running positively. There's plenty of risk but also a lot of potential if management delivers. I'm betting on a turnaround if they mgt executes properly. Do your own due diligence on this company and decide for yourself if you see a turn around story here.

The btc sale was about letting the market know they were focusing on just being a tech company with sound financials. In the long run, it’ll be a better stock. In the short term, we suffer. such is this trading game.

Patience, patience, patience. There's a good product, and they cleaned Bitcoin off their balance sheet.

$KULR why would that spark the final blow? Kulr has no debt. After selling the balance of their bitcoin, they now have $70 million in cash and no debt. Please do your homework before blurting out nonsense.

$KULR with btc sold we should have plenty of money to get the production line running at capacity without any ATM. At least that’s what I heard when they mentioned liquidating BTC “treasury reserves“. Plenty of cash = no need for ATM. IMO the new board did that intentionally to continue the ATM pause and fund the production facility/ tackle supply bottlenecks/ etc. focus on battery production and product delivery.
