$JOB Dewan is a crook, giving himself and the board their golden parachute, who tried to hide giving his daughter a 6-figure salary, all at the expense of the shareholders. But no, that wasn’t enough, let’s go for a 30/1 split and use our shares we’ve granted ourselves as part of their salary packages to further screw over the shareholders. After the split, this will be shorted down even more, the company will be sold for pennies on the dollar, and Dewan and the rest of the losers on the board won’t care because they’ve already insulated themselves from it. Absolutely disgusting.

$JOB crooks. It’s easy to manipulate the votes when you’re handing out shares to insiders. Scumbags

$JOB Looks like Derek employed his daughter with an initial base salary of 110.000$ to be Vice President of Corporate Development. The fact this goes public means most likely they are being seriously audited, which is good, could mean they are running a vigorous sale process. Not sure how Dewan will handle this, but raises some serious concerns on how the company was run. A green flag moving forward since I expect some accountability.

$JOB Capital increase voting was adjourned. Looks like management will have to further negotiate to get that done.

$JOB Reverse Stock split 30:1 seems likely. Usually these kill stocks, however this stock is already beat to near death.

$JOB the 30-1 RS may not be the worst thing, it will "reduce" the number of shares from 6,666,0000,000 to only 200,000. The new stock price will be around $6.60; I don't see the dropping too much, the underlying business fundamentals are good enough to sustain that price.

$JOB how do you not buy shares as an insider at these prices to build some confidence? Absurd.
