$GRO this should run to about $3.80 over the next few months imo. No reason not to be fairly optimistic with this one. Buyers will step in these low risk zones. So to me this is an absolute steal right now. If FEED comes through with a realistic budget and no surprises. The analyst targets around 5$ seem reasonable. Although it may not hold there long term.  That will surely be a longer time frame though.

End of year 2027 could announce full financing. In which case we are anywhere between $8 - $16 (project level financing and or dilution could affect valuation)

Hold for long or flip it short term. Either way this is an opportunity!
