BUT they sold a billion shares and did a reverse split. on the last 10-q, cash and receivables went to up about $25 to $30 million. why? $30 million is a far cry from $650 million. who bought that many shares? who would benefit the most even if the price got smashed? insiders and buyers. now most of the buyout $ will go right back into their pockets and they own 7500 bitcoin. i don't care as long as i get my fair share. make the move wanger!!!

$GDC so long as the Corp remains compliant, I don’t expect to hear anything until after the q3 report….that being said it’s not unrealistic to see an updated take private offer. I have no fears with a stock holding 650m in Bitcoin, 2m in liabilities and an estimate of 21m cash. Patience pays on this one. Can’t be bothered to daytrade because the upside from the PR doesn’t come close. Mark it. This is a 75$ stock. Time will tell. So many cards to play.

This has all signs of a possible buyout with the FUD, silence, naked shorts/high FTDs etc. AI/gaming licensing, ad media spend will not be profitable (low profit margin) in a bad/depressed economy due to joblessness, anti-tech politics, bankruptcies, debt etc. The previous report states the purpose of the Bitcoin assets holding was for appreciation of value.
