$EVTL it looks like a good opportunity, but it just doesn't have good fundamentals. Try something like $NLST that one's probably the best risk reward that you're going to find. $EVTL The only positive thing is that ownership is no longer in the hands of those morons but with the Mudrick fund; typically, this fund acquires distressed companies run by idiots and tries to extract value... the hope is that they manage to sell the company. Given that their shares and/or warrants are at 1.30, they’ll make a move sooner or later—they didn’t acquire the company without a plan. They aren't in the business of charity.

$EVTL fundamentals might look weak but their financing plans have already begun. Yes there is competition but do not forget that this company is the original company in the game, and started off in this game. A lot of pre-orders and financing, and manufacturing sites already being built. No brainer that this will be a moon-shot stock, just a matter of when. If you jump in just be patient.

$EVTL much more positioned for the future compared to similar companies in this sector. Very promising future.

$EVTL the aircraft performed well at Farnborough, I think they will continue to improve their situation

$EVTL I'm going with: First, reverse stock split because there is too much price to makeup in a short time. If the RS is something like 1 new share for 10 old shares, making the market price about $5.60, that is good news. Would suggest to me they aren't worried about another drop below $1.00. If the RS is more than 10 old shares for 1 new, they may be thinking continued downturn for some time and fearful of going under $1.00. Second, secure a buyer who can takeover and run the show without Mudrick loosing their investment, so more than $1.30 per share before RS. I don't believe bankruptcy would be good for Mudrick, so I don't see that happening. I'm just making a lot of guesses here. Happy to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

$EVTL I think that the defense and heavy cargo delivery system to remote location is the big money maker for this company outways the taxi business

$EVTL CEO on Bloomberg marketing the company. “2030 we will begin flying the public from Manhattan to JFK”. He had a strong interview in my opinion. But the stock (unless acquired at a premium) is headed for more pain unfortunately in my opinion. 2029 & 2030 is a long, long, time away.

$EVTL What happened after ...."Slattery announced his resignation on social media May 12, saying saying he leaves the company in a position of strength following the first piloted transition flight of its Valo aircraft." ? I was a fan of Slattery when he launched the IPO at Avolon. I concluded that Jetbird was a fluke failure but it seems like he just isn't able to get his air taxi ideas to go anywhere. Also seemed like there was no reason for him to bail on Vertical, but maybe he was having flashbacks. I cannot imagine there isn't a significant military pull for what they have to offer. I'm looking for a reason to buy in but I am not seeing any strength. Good luck to the faithful here. I'll keep watching.

$EVTL Very happy that we have hit a consistent floor price since 9/1/26. I expect a new owner from at least 7 plausible buyers at a price above $1.30 in cash or stock.
