$ELDN one thing that often gets forgotten- people who get a heart transplant often eventually need a kidney transplant because the Tacrolimus destroys their kidneys. Once Tegoprubart becomes standard of care for transplant inmunosupression (and a multi billion dollar drug) hopefully kidney transplants won’t be necessary in this patient population.

Support 2 at 2.60 then 2.50, Resistance 1 is 2.75, then steps up 2.87 and then around 3 for resistance 3. I am buying more to average down. I believe the obstacles and delays are minor setbacks in the path to freeing people from the unfortunate realities of diabetes. The low cash is concerning and there is definite warranted caution. I am staying and getting more because I believe they will overcome these obstacles and have a great Phase 3 trial which is expected to begin soon. That means the next month as they said in Q4 2026 in a release. It could be later as a month would likely be the start date of at least months long diligent testing and monitoring. This was from the latest ER and as reported at the Transplant Society mtg in Sydney: The global trial is on track to initiate in late 2026 and enroll approximately 600 patients, with a primary endpoint of non-inferiority versus tacrolimus at 52 weeks based on a composite of biopsy-proven acute rejection (BPAR), graft loss and death. My comments: 600 patients! Starting in late 2026. Let's assume it takes them 3-6 months to find 600 patients, and this may be optimistic, all of whom need to be followed for 52 weeks, then data analysis and readout. All this when they only have enough money to last until the 2nd qtr of 2027. With a market cap north of 200 million without even a P3 already begun. As some other poster said, this will dwindle below 2 and they will do a raise then, instead of when it was at 4 (Thanks, DA!)

$ELDN To be clear from the beginning this is from a medical standpoint not financial standpoint. Tegos best chances are as a rejection drug because Tacro is such a horrible drug. IN MY OPINION due to my understanding of Diabetes from a cellular level, the answer for Type 1 DM will not be pill form.
