I'll I'll be off for a while. I csnt mentally handle absolutely disaster that's going on. This isn't covid. This isn't the fed saying we are gonna lower rates next yr. This feels manipulated and nefarious. I can't keep looking at this shit. Good news drives 10 yr up. Bad news drives 10 yr up. Institutions are shorting it. My portfolio is down over 12% in 6 weeks with no end in sight. I made the moves I wanna make last week. Gonna accumulate cash on almost all divs. I don't need to sign in to anything until March next yr. Adios ✌🏼 $65K in annual divs still coming in. 17k in cash. $DX $IVR $EfC $MfA

$DX I have been accumulating DX on dips over the past year, and scored another nice block of shares at 12.07 late this afternoon.

$DX the good news is my order just filled @ 11.50. The bad news is my order just filled @ 11.50.

$DX This is why I keep saying 10.4 This gap is from November 2023. Gaps get filled. This news is a perfect opportunity to take it there. And they usually fill half way, retrace and then finishes the job. If it holds below 10.4…. Well there’s 9.50 ish but I doubt it 😭😭 or I want to doubt it. Either way… this is the real loading zone.

The Common dividend is payable on October 1, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 21, 2026.

$DX nonstop lava red downside doesnt even seem possible. at this rate it'll take me a year just to break even from the dividend. my worry is this somehow goes belly up and disappears, i dont have a stop on something like this

$DX my understanding is there will be one more hike before a possible cut, that means lower stock price coming. I watch the spread, difference between their lending expense and their lending revenue it grew last earnings even with higher short term borrowing cost. Watch earnings, if it’s good to neutral, they don’t mention dividend cuts. This stock could get cheap, and maintain their divis at near 20%, and have future stock appreciation when rate cutting comes. I’m watching this one closely, you want 20% yield? I think it’s coming.

$DX I suspect that more than a few boomers are drooling over the dividend here. Even if they do cut it, it still will be well above treasury and this company has been paying out dividends consecutively for over 19 years.

$DX so this is now paying over 18%, soup you really think they are going to be cutting the dividend anyone in the near
