$CURLF $ACB Clearly Aurora doesn't want to be bought out for a reasonable price, so I think Boris should just let it go. If/when he cancels the offer, ACB will probably go back down to $2, but that's their choice and none of CURLF's business, it's time for CURLF to move on to bigger and better things. Good Luck All.

$CURLF Another attempt to shake out weak hands and accumulate shares for cheap. Schedule one is defined as having no medicinal value. Cannabis can’t be schedule one because it is used as a medicine by 30,000 practitioners treating more than six million patients in 43 US jurisdictions. The request to add the report to the record will do absolutely nothing except delay the inevitable outcome of cannabis being moved to schedule III. Only people who don’t understand the industry or impatient retail are selling.

If $ACB management believes our $4 implied price is insufficient, then why has it sold 2.8 million shares at an avg. price of $3.04 since our first outreach? $ACB shareholders deserve better. $CURA $CURLF

$CURLF $ACB $MSOS Curaleaf was trading at $3.64 before they diluted their shareloders 1/3 to make the stock price of $10.92. It has already lost over a $1....YIKES!!!!! Aurora deserves a 1/1 or at minimum 3/4., which is around the same price BEFORE split......If Boris the used car salesman doesnt want to give us that, then kindly Fuck OFF!:)

$CURLF $MSOS The Biden judge has been dragging is feet to make sure rescheduling isn't done before the election. Everyone knows he should have ruled a month ago, and he is now re-opening the proceedings for a ridiculously late submission, and all the delaying motions/bureaucracy that goes along with it, which will likely continue to happen over and over again to delay this indefinitely. It's clear the judge will make sure the rescheduling isn't done any time soon. Oh well, maybe next year, good luck all.

$CURLF If news hits it will turn out to be a smart move by Curaleaf to cap the Aurora deal at $5 to protect Cura shareholders.
