$CISS new SEC filing. The filing says CISS received $4.3 million net for 2 million ATM shares sold across August and September. That is about $2.15 net per share; the average sale price before fees would be somewhat higher. Someone is willing to buy shares much higher than current price.

$CISS Hope you loaded today. keep some cash available in case the price drops further. The current market cap is a joke, but the company has lost all trust. With solid net income ($13M), significant liquidity ($33 Mish), and a small float (1.5M), the stock could move into the $3-5 range or higher. The main risks are the active ATM and the possibility that the company sold shares yesterday, which would lower the exercise price of the Series A shares and outstanding B/C warrants. However, any associated shares would still need to be registered for resale before they could be sold on the open market. Another key risk is the $40M acquisition obligation due by Jan 27. The interaction between these risks, good financials, and the small float will determine and drive the future pump.

$CISS $48 M cash on books and $1.49M float plus warrants that total approx another 500,000 shares at $1.51 and $2.44. That’s still $2M shares which would be $24 cash value alone. This share price is absurd!!!

$CISS Come on let’s hear your explainations here: why does this have such pathetic behavior again today having traded 1/3 of its total (known) outstanding share count?

$CISS Have to understand that one benefit from filing an offering that trades around a dime is the "dilutive issuance" price adjustment provisions in the B and C warrants. Like they did with the Q1 with the series A and D warrants. They will save the $98 million ATM shelf offering for when they know news will bring the needed liquidity and price increase. Look for the same going into the Q3 earnings and expect another reverse split as part of the strategy. If you read the shipping news the market for available ships is tightening quickly due to global events. I suspect the push for equity conversions to raise capital is to acquire a couple of more ships ASAP. Can't argue with the strategy that has been very effective but take care that you aren't the one funding it. 😉

$CISS It seems to me if they wanted to support the stock they would have left a little on the bone yesterday with 15.3 million shares traded. Another offering to be filed like that of July 22nd? That offering sent the price down to .14 from 1.60+ in just a couple of trading sessions. What they also get from those offerings is a potential reset of the price for the warrants using the "dilutive issuance" provisions in the original filings. Links for the original B and C warrants can be found in the May amendments. Warrants as of August 26, 2026 https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1951067/000119312526369519/d42352d6k.htm https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1951067/000119312524071359/d812666dex42.htm Page 7 ...in accordance with this Section 3(b), is deemed to have issued or sold, any shares of Common Stock or Common Stock Equivalents... ... issued or sold or deemed to have been issued or sold) for a consideration per share less than a price equal to the Exercise Price... ..of such Dilutive Issuance, the Exercise Price then in effect shall be reduced to an amount equal to the Base Share Price...

$CISS Interesting...October 5 sec filings still uses $2.4444 and the same B/C and Series A share counts, so there is currently no disclosed evidence that the August-September ATM reduced those conversion or exercise prices. Fingers crossed!!

$CISS I got a hint here, and my dream is to buy a cheap fishing boat, list it on the NASDAQ, print shares, and buy six LNG carriers.

$CISS To illustrate how thoroughly Harry has destroyed the stock consider the performance for HUB Cyber Security $HUBC for 2026. A highly manipulated pump and dump stock. Latest financials revealed 2025 annual released in July show a $70.3 million operating loss with $31.6 million in revenue. HUBC closed last Wednesday at $0.60 with a reported 44.9 million shares outstanding. Thursday morning they filed a 4th reverse split notice for 2026 and the stock closed at $0.34 Friday. Should open post split Monday ~ $8.50 a share with 1.8 million shares outstanding. $8.50 a share!! Compare to the C3is stellar balance sheet with all 6 ships essentially paid for throwing off great revenue and profit coming off the August 19th split with 1.5 million shares at $2.79. SMH 🙄 Now struggling where it is. Good job Harry. Want to bet that they are still converting the warrants despite the cash pile of $48 million as of the end of July? 😉What a bstrd.

$CISS Sam you expose yourself, you have been calling for 3-5$, 3-4$, 2-3$, above 2$ for the past twenty days and this keeps drifting lower with management continuing their in-advance equity raises

$CISS headed for another split without having to take accountability for diluting shareholder value! This is a crime all all of the companies like them should be punished! But because we can’t touch them they are allowed to fund themselves by taking advantage of the market.

$CISS 2 reverse stock splits this year, what are we eventually going down to? a 5k float? this is nutty, worst allocation by me of the year

$CISS this thing loves to get WILD when volume hits. Small-cap volatility + momentum is exactly what I’m watching for here. One good push and this could get real interesting FAST.

$CISS I know everyone assumes that CISS will announce another boat purchase on the shareholders dime with horrific warrant conversion rates... but... what if this time they don't? Oil transport rates are ridiculously high for the Sept quarter & even the dry bulk rates are up 15% quarter over quarter. If CISS wants to raise money, the shortest distance to $10.5 million is allowing the stock to breathe... & appreciate to the point where the older warrant holders can covert to stock & get their money back... CISS price for that would be just under $6.

$CISS Just to highlight something: they raised $6MN at $0.52 in July (at deep discount to asset values, etc) and yet in August/September they raised another $4.3MN at $0.05375 pre split. If this info does not wake you up to what this company does and is capable of doing I don’t know what will wake you up. And here dreaming costs you dearly

$CISS I don't think I've ever seen a company that dropped this hard, on such heavy volume, not bounce back hard in a reasonably short time (3-4 months), when the fall was caused by an event (lockup expiration) that EVERYONE knew was coming from the very beginning of this stock's short existence.

$CISS is it a coincidence that their logo is a decepticon? How does nasdaq allow this to continue
