$CHPY so happy to have reached my ownership of 300 shares!!! Today I added on (2) more shares from the payments. It’s a beautiful thing not to even pay attention to markets these past (many)several weeks. Just watch the accumulation no matter what 👀 at what works for you:~). $CHPY Learned a hard lesson when I sold for profit at 72 and then it ran to almost 90. Not making that mistake again! Just collecting dividends and reinvesting for a long time to come! Best to all that have invested here!! 👊🏼

$CHPY As long as I'm accumulating shares at these levels, I don't give a shit what the price is. Why? Because divis are based on shares owned and if you don't buy any, regardless of the price, you don't have weekly money coming in. Therefore, those people who are sitting on the sidelines waiting for a dollar or two drop are going to miss the weekly money coming in. Not worth it

$CHPY Being honest here. Bought in where my average cost is now around 81. Do I regret it? Yes, should’ve waited a bit longer to buy in. Am I worried? Not at all; in fact, I think this will completely recover for me by November of this year.

$CHPY Even after the challenging past 3 to 4 months the market has had, CHPY is still sitting at a 150% Total Return since inception

$CHPY what a distribution 🤯 Just like that even with the share price down the distribution is fat. Yes it’s true this will never beat something like SMH in total return but if your goal is to one day quit the 9-5 and live off distributions this can definitely help you achieve that.

Portfolio as of 10/9/26; $CHPY $CLM $CRF $MRNY OXLC (what a POS, right ?) and a little $SGOV in the brokerage account for S&G, and some CDs. Yay, I made $135.24.

$CHPY For the new ones here, this ETF follows the SOXX. When the SOXX goes up, CHPY mirrors, when SOXX goes down, then crash. If you want to complain about CHPY make sure you’ve checked SOXX. I bet you will get your answer to “why is this down.” CHPY was in the low 50s for 6 months. It didn’t budge, like, at all. I would argue that’s where this is heading again, seems to be its natural home. If you bought back when semis went ballistic in the 70s or higher then this ETF will stress you the f out. Now that even the AI builders want to slow down the AI build-out I have no amount of credible understanding how there will ever be another run-up of pricing. I’m open up to any contrary opinions, but I can’t find a way. A higher cost basis than today’s current pricing is going to make you cry and post bad memes. Just my thoughts. I’m a novice, so tell me your ideas. This isn’t investing advice or anything remotely beneficial for you too.

$CHPY OK am I the only one whose pants got tight? That makes up for the last month or so. That will be a $10,000 plus chpy hooray weekly post for certain.

$CHPY Semis falling sharply → volatility rises → option premiums become richer → CHPY can generate more option income → weekly distribution can increase. Makes sense to me, kinda.

$CHPY I’m not going to throw out any numbers of which this goes vs where it could go All I know is I’ve been in long enough to see it tank twice and come back stronger. Might not come as strong but it’s not going to stay under $70 forever. At some point, tech will rebound. I’ll keep buying while it’s down lower my average 👌🏻
