$CAPS if you notice with the rare spikes in this one- each one gets lower. .48 a few months back- .42 I think after that… .39 this time. Very likely to not reawaken for many weeks again IMO. The chart says it all… Beware. Also- wouldn’t be surprised if we see a new filing soon that introduced more harmful terms for common shareholders. After each spike- the floor typically drops lower. I am all out now- major loss, still bloody & bruised, but relieved to be free. Hopefully, I’ll be proven wrong… I don’t wish losses on anyone. Hope that some of the others that have been here awhile- got some relief as well and minor damages. I will still visit and continue to warn people about this 🗑️.

$CAPS LOOK AT THAT. 🔥 27 CENTS AFTER HOURS after closing around 17 cents. We've seen CAPS produce momentum runs before. .The difference this time? The underlying Stone business is actually im.roving. Revenue up. Gross profit up. EBITDA improving. If this holds into the 8PM close, tomorrow could get VERY interesting. 👀 Don't confuse legitimate criticism of the financing with pretending the operating improvement doesn't exist. $CAPS

$CAPS Lol, not condoning these actions but Ceo actions like this one leads crazy people to do #unitedhealthsituations how long before they realize crazy people exist and it might not be long before stuff catches up? They have screwed hard working individuals out of hard earned money and dont expect consequences? Maybe not on round 2, but continue and you might end up fking around and finding out! There’s crazy people out there and finding individuals isnt as hard as it used to be!

$CAPS This piece of shit, stock and management. No shame whatsoever. Just crush the fucking stock price, it’s retail shareholders all while topping up your shares/ownership while saying you’re aligned. Part of me wants Lipman/Cronies to lose the operating companies to the creditors. Wipe us all out as long as they go too. I’m so damn furious. I want to sell so bad — but I can’t. Not yet. There will be random illegal pumps for unknown reasons, just like 2 weeks ago. Ready for this nightmare to be over.

$CAPS Someone implied that we would stop warning people about this sleazy company and the scumbag that runs it. I WILL NEVER STOP.

$CAPS based in Tinley Park, IL. I grew up in Chicago- My dad’s corp. built multiple million dollar+ homes/multi housing projects. My family still does and also some municipal projects in the area too. Ever visit the Drake Hotel on Michigan Ave? My dad did some of the work there. Visited Tinley Park for Gaelic football regularly. Word of mouth/Integrity are important- especially amongst those that work for it- not steal it. After suffering in silence and shame about this loss for months- I finally admitted it and told my family all about CAPS screwing their shareholders repeatedly. I told them how insider board members keep awarding themselves shares and dividends- while massively diluting the crap out of common shareholders. They’ll be sharing with their other local builder friends too. May just be a pebble in the pond- but KARMA moves in silence- until it doesnt. IMO- Don’t support companies that enrich themselves- while screwing over the little guys- it’s a very small world.

$CAPS Nothing organic about this growth! They robbed retail investors which financed their growth while they protected their insterest and lined their pockets!

$CAPS Never saw this coming from a public company, even a penny stock. The way it’s been managed is downright scary. This is a scheme. 100%. With so much pressure on the stock, why would you try to settle mgmt fees and series z with common shares now? Even if locked up 18 months. It just applies more pressure - which is what they want so they can continue to issue themselves shares and grow/protect their controlling interest. They reduced share count charter to finish prep for the reverse split. I feel stolen from and used. It’s a really bad, expensive lesson to have to endure. Sorry everyone. No one deserves this.

$CAPS investing for some of your money back is the name of the game here. Glad we can keep this business running

$CAPS look at the chart for proof. each pump gets lower. After each pump- the floor gets lower. This company is working against the interest of common shareholders- the insiders award themselves free shares to offset their dilution harm while diluting on retail endlessly. Beware of this 🗑️

$CAPS They’ve been tapping the ELOC with Tumim pretty much daily. 😂 Lol this is the most fucked up situation I’ve ever seen. Dilute down to .15 with a fucking ELOC as your lifeline after you’ve destroyed the equity. Bring the coffin. It’s no big deal when you’re partnered with vultures if you know the endgame.

$CAPS Another flashy promotional release recycling numbers already reported in Q2 while management refuses to address the shareholder-alignment crisis destroying this stock: the capital structure and complete lack of shareholder alignment. Yes, 7% organic growth is real—but it is old information. The $3.8M Stone Business Adjusted EBITDA is not consolidated profit and excludes major costs that matter to common shareholders. Today’s release provides no new quarterly results, no order figures, no fully diluted share ceiling, no endpoint for the equity line, no resolution of the remaining notes and no explanation for the true-ups or proposed 15.75M related-party shares. STOP marketing old operating progress while avoiding the current shareholder-alignment crisis!! Investors don’t need another attractive headline. We need a transparent financing plan and proof that common shareholders matter. You cannot PR your way out of broken trust.

$CAPS Don't worry, that POS Lipman will never stop trying to cheat you. The Company has not provided a quantitative reconciliation of forward-looking Stone Business Adjusted EBITDA guidance to forward-looking GAAP net income (loss) because the individual reconciling items — including interest expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization, share-based compensation, change in fair value of contingent consideration, loss on extinguishment of debt, and transaction costs — cannot be predicted with reasonable certainty without unreasonable effort. The unavailable reconciling items could have a significant impact on the Company’s GAAP results.

$CAPS The only difference between Lipman and a thief breaking into your home safe is,,,,,,,,,,,,????????? Well ok, there is no difference.

$CAPS Management isn't over looking shit. They are doing this to enrich themselves and dilute the other shareholders. Hopefully a pump discord group finds this, because we wont get a pump from Management...Sad

$CAPS Management is overlooking the most important part of its plan: investors. A public listing provides access to capital, liquidity and acquisition currency only while investors trust the common stock... True-ups protect insiders from dilution, affiliated obligations may create up to 15.75M more shares, and common holders absorb the consequences. The result is repeated 52-week lows and virtually no buying at $0.17. Revenue growth does not create shareholder value if the share count expands while management preserves its percentage. Investors will stop funding the story; the equity line becomes destructive, good PR cannot sustain the price, and a reverse split fixes only the optics. This is a trust and alignment crisis. Without a credible fully diluted share ceiling and equal treatment of common holders, management’s strategy defeats itself. .. You cannot build a public company while treating shareholders as a financing mechanism instead of owners.

$CAPS retail only gets robbed if they hold this 🗑️. nobody with a 🧠 is suggesting that. timing a scalp based on dilution structure and pump potential is actually the only way retail can possibly win with 💩 like this.

$CAPS i would love for you to explain exactly how those gross profit and revenue numbers are bullish in this situation. I understand your point that they are not bad news per se, but I do not understand the bullish thesis. I’m starting to question your motives again.
