$BFRI With the official FDA approval of Ameluz® for superficial basal cell carcinoma (sBCC), Biofrontera has officially transitioned into a commercial-stage dermato-oncology company. We are no longer just treating precancerous lesions—we now hold the exclusive FDA-approved photodynamic therapy (PDT) for skin cancer in the U.S. market.

$BFRI i dont understand why we still debating whether it was approved or not. Read it for yourself and find out unless you cant read. Also FDA asked the company to modify couple items on labeling and resubmit within 14 days of yesterday's letter to company. May be thats why the company hasnt issued a pr yet i'd assume. In the mean time APPROVAL is already dated and sealed. This is super accretive for 2027 revenues as it could double at a minimum what an opportunity to load while some people still confused and no official pr out yet. MAJOR RERATING COMING

$BFRI Know what you own, this manipulation is very in character. We have patents and approval whilst being a little fish in a big pond.

$BFRI I am going to wake up one day soon and see this over 2. There are so many bios out there without a product, much less a product FDA-approved to treat cancer. Yet this one is dragged over a few more shares in the bucket. I get it. That's how markets work. If the company can execute on the new label, anyone in under 2 will get paid.

$BFRI everyone keeps saying offering is coming meanwhile they don’t even have an offering registration filed. They do have open dilution but not in terms of an offering. Yall should learn your dilution terminology before spewing nonsense🤣

$BFRI if you are selling today based on approval then gl to you but it says that you dont know shit about shit. This is not an approval thats followed by building a sales team and manufacturing plants. All structures are already in place and already generating revenues. A very little extra cost needed for launch with lots of added revenues. This is one sweet deal you dont get with many approvals. "Dr. M. Shane Chapman, MBA, board certified dermatologist, Professor and Founding Chair, Department of Dermatology, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and the Dartmouth Geisel School of Medicine, and a key contributor to the Phase 3 study added This FDA approval for Ameluz® and the RhodoLED gives us a rigorously studied, non-surgical option that we can deliver in our office. As someone who has worked with PDT for many years, I see this as a meaningful expansion in the use of this treatment."

$BFRI This is very obviously approved and we have a window before the broader market realizes it, thanks to the erroneous Benzinga headline yesterday and lack of a PR from the company. I’m wondering why the PR wasn’t issued by the company, however, and am emailing investor relations to ask the question. I encourage everyone else with questions or concerns to do the same…

$BFRI I am thinking many here will be looking back at this day and asking ourselves “Remember that one day in mid September just one day after official approval of a drug that dermatologists are already using for another indication that the stock price plummeted despite the company finally having a strong path to financial success. Why didn’t I add a ton?” I won’t be asking that because I am adding a ton today.

$BFRI did some reading. 20% of 3 million patients have superficial basal cell carcinoma. So about 600k. Ameluz has results of 93,4% clearance. That's very good. Surgical removal has max 97% clearance, but leads to more discomfort/ and scars. So a lot of people will choose ameluz in stead of surgery. Results are about the same. 60k patients (conservative 10% of number of patients) x $ 1000 netrevenue (3 tubes) = 60m revenue. With a margin of 80% and after costst/taxes, net profit a share (20m) will be $2. The co has the structure already in place.

$BFRI reminds me of buying $SLS last year at the same price and about the same time of year

$BFRI 3-tube expansion approval could bring in 2-3x more revenue per single patient. That’s huge!!!!!

$BFRI "Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common skin cancer in the United States, with approximately 3.6 million cases diagnosed annually, according to the Skin Cancer Foundation. Published estimates suggest that the superficial subtype accounts for approximately 15%-20% of BCC cases, or an estimated 540,000 to 720,000 sBCC cases annually in the U.S.2. Superficial BCC lesions can be up to several cm in diameter and are frequently located on the trunk and extremities and often present as multiple lesions, for which non-surgical, tissue-sparing treatment options are limited." ---GlobeNewswire

$BFRI Loading the boat here - and loading up heavily. If they dilute, I’ll be averaging down substantially. Let’s see where this takes us over the next 12–18 months. $NRXP holding 8k shares but will at least tripple the position today. Those are exciting times. No risk no fun - nothing is guaranteed, but the setup looks great to me.

$BFRI Cash: $4.7M and was still operating around breakeven/negative cash flow despite the big improvement in Q2 * Revenue: ~$12M * Gross margin: ~80% * Net loss: ~$0.6M * Adjusted EBITDA: approximately -$0.2M The business is getting dramatically healthier, but it isn’t sitting on $50M of cash waiting to launch sBCC.

$BFRI During recent corporate updates, management stated that the transition to the 12% net sales earn-out structure has expanded their gross margins to a highly efficient 80%–85%. Because they only registered an operating cash use of just $70,000 in Q1, management has explicitly reiterated that they expect to reach operational cash-flow breakeven before the end of 2026.

$BFRI 🚨Ameluz used in conjunction with the RhodoLED lamp becomes the first and only photodynamic therapy approved in the United States to treat a skin cancer, creating an additional growth opportunity for Biofrontera’s photodynamic therapy platform WOBURN, Mass., Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Biofrontera Inc. (NASDAQ: BFRI) ("Biofrontera" or the "Company"), a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development and commercialization of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in dermatology, today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the Company's supplemental New Drug Application (sNDA) for Ameluz® (aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride) topical gel, 10%, in combination with photodynamic therapy using the BF-RhodoLED® lamp series, for the treatment of superficial Basal Cell Carcinoma (sBCC) in adults1. With this approval, Ameluz becomes the first and only PDT drug approved by the FDA for the treatment of a skin cancer, and the only topical PDT in the United States indicated to treat both a pre-cancerous skin condition, actinic keratosis (AK), and a skin cancer. The sBCC indication expands the addressable market for Ameluz and strengthens its position in medical dermatology. This label expansion also furthers Biofrontera's strategy of broadening the clinical utility of its Red-Light PDT platform. Hermann Luebbert, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Biofrontera, stated: "FDA approval of Ameluz for superficial basal cell carcinoma is a defining milestone for Biofrontera. Ameluz is now the first and only photodynamic therapy approved in the United States to treat a skin cancer, which sets our platform apart in medical dermatology and gives dermatologists an effective, non-surgical option for a very common tumor. This approval reflects years of disciplined investment in the clinical development of Ameluz, and the latest stage in the ongoing expansion of our PDT platform.” He added “We are planning an official launch of the sBCC indication late in the fourth quarter of 2026 through the first quarter of 2027 with our existing commercial organization and installed lamp base. We believe the approval represents a further driver of long-term growth for our existing customers. It also gives new Dermatology practices a reason to purchase a RhodoLED lamp and begin to use Ameluz PDT, expanding our overall installed base." This new indication utilizes the same topical product (Ameluz) and the same red-light device as the Company’s AK indication, so our existing customers will be able to rapidly adopt this new

$BFRI Make me believe and I have. With this volume heading towards the 28th. this thing should double if not triple with approval. I’ve accumulated a large position close to having to register my position. Many plays can happen here, 1) takeover 2) merger 3)acknowledgement of the company since it has such a small float that it isn’t on anyone’s radar, but once approved the players will come calling. This could be dynamite. If not it has been interesting reading everyone’s bullshit, but I expect to win big.

$BFRI algos picked up "label" and "warning" and decided it iwas a bad release and sold it off. When investors understand whats going on here they'll buy this great news. Its a MAJOR STEP FORWARD for the company and its revenue. Wish Benzinga didnt help the shorts on that one.

$BFRI I hope no one is short on the next quarterly announcement and the next three or you will be sorry. This is going to blow through the roof as we all know it is a viable company now and they have an existing network of clients to feed from and now with approvals they are gold.
