$BARK As previously announced, BARK continued to repurchase shares during the quarter under its $40 million share repurchase program. The Company remains focused on balancing investment in the business with returning capital to shareholders, while maintaining the financial flexibility to support its growth plans.

$BARK Guess it's time for shareholders to start filing an SEC complaint against BARK. Wouldn't sell at 22 post spilit, but here we are at 11? No this is a violation of fiduciary duty for shareholders. I will count this one as a tax loss and let it play out. But I will file my complaint today. Not that it will go anywhere, I am sure.

$BARK There’s hardly any interest here! 😩 But 🍋 offering $11/share is an insult to shareholders! You just offered Meeker $22/share, and he refused. Now you think shareholders deserve HALF of that? We are shareholders just like him! 🤷‍♂️ Maybe $17–$19 could be workable… but $11? Come on. 🙄 One solid bull run could send this low-float stock back to $14+ pretty easily. With only ~9M shares outstanding and roughly half the float effectively frozen, this could bounce hard. 📈 If BARK truly executes its plan, then Meeker is 🕺 right in his place, using company cash to repurchase shares at dirt-cheap prices while increasing the value of his own holdings. At this rate, we’re gonna end up with ~4M shares outstanding worth $30–$50 each. 😂 GNK needs to increase its offer if it truly wants to take BARK private and put it to a shareholder vote. 👀 Easy as that.

$BARK I guess they said a low price like $11 to see how many would sell at this price, mainly larger holders. If you wonder why these holders didn't sell recently, when the sp was above $11, that is because if they started to sell, soon the sp would be much lower... or maybe that exactly was happened? So, they are not so wrong with $11. They will see how many will sell there and then they may increase their offer as much as it will secure them a high percentage of the shares/votes. With such news I can't be other that bullish at the moment.

$BARK I’m guilty of buying hundreds of shares at a time, every time it touches low $8 (up to 6.3k shares again now). It seems the market is aware it can easily go for 50% minimum on privatization so a floor seems to have been established. I like the risk/reward 🐶

$BARK The legal case on the 2026 buyout: 🚨 Self-Dealing (Rule 13e-3): CEO/insiders bid $0.90 ($18 post-split) to take BARK private cheap at retail's expense. 🚨 Revlon Duty Breach: Tossing GNK's outside all-cash bid at $1.10 ($22 post-split) to favor an insider lowball violates Delaware law. 🚨 10b-5 Disclosure Games: Calling $22 cash "undervalued," forcing a 1:20 reverse split, and going silent as shares tank is unacceptable. Special Committees must run fair auctions, not entrench management. ⚖️

$BARK I saw this on a post - . Investors who bought $1,000 worth of Bark’s shares 5 years ago would now be looking at only $54.15.

$BARK Sending a email to [email protected] that you are willing to sell at $11 can only bring out a positive outcome: -GNK could make the tender offer of $11 official. We are not obligated to accept it, but it will move the sp. It could alarm the management and Meeker. It could make them proceed to another higher tender offer. Overall, even if only the funds sell to GNK, we will have an activist investor with a considerable stake, which is good. So I suggest to send an email to GNK and say to them that you would sell at $11. Unfortunately, without GNK we go below $8.

$BARK The institutional investors hold 30.19% of BARK. The insiders hold about the same percentage, ±1%. If all or most of them of them make a public announcement that they are willing to negotiate the $11 offer, then GNK will likely probably accept a negotiation, because then they will hold as much as the management and any decision will be on the hands of the disappointed retail investors, who will favor GNK.

$BARK trying to rob retail investors...11 bucks is a joke. Run the price up to that and see how many people sell. Everyone here knows it's worth way more than that. Trying to take it private at less than 1x sales should be criminal.

$BARK 170%. That’s how much higher the GNK buyout offer was relative to today’s price. Make it make sense.

$BARK Meeker's actions follow his words. He announced the Patch Pals (Girl Scouts Cookie) and the collaboration with Liquid Death in early August 2026 when Q1 results were out. And the press releases about these two growth initiatives were out a few days ago. However, BARK's recent collaboration with DUNKIN, the 1st dog drive-thru and the new toy collection, is something new that had NOT been included into Q1's growth initiatives and the CC. Meeker surprised us positively. So thanks to the collaboration with DUNKIN, BARK could exceed the guidance of adj. EBITDA $7-$10 million for this fiscal year: https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20260824837860/en/BARK-and-Dunkin-Launch-Dunkins-First-Official-Dog-Drive-Thru-Experience-and-New-Dog-Toy-Collection Importantly, DUNKIN has over 10,000 locations across the United States!!!

$BARK You can complian all day wrong but it will not help. File an sec complaint so we can start a legal action against bark and their bod. If enough complaints are filed then we can catch an attorneys eye..

$BARK won’t even go up on an offer anymore. I’ve been in this for 5 years. It might be time to hang it up. 75% loss at this point.
