RADIANZ is also enrolling across 5 solid tumors: prostate, NSCLC, breast, colorectal & ovarian. October deck still guides to initial human biodistribution/safety data + target disclosure in Q4. EANM: Oct 17–21. Target remains undisclosed. Human data are coming.

$ATNM Personally, I don’t think the new Zacks coverage is particularly realistic or fully up to date. They still have the shareholder lawsuit listed as active for a start. More importantly, their valuation essentially gives ATNM-400 very little credit by assigning it just a 7% probability of success — despite ATNM-400 now being Actinium’s lead program and the company guiding to initial human PK/PD, dosimetry, biodistribution/safety and early pan-cancer POC by YE26. They also assume 11M additional shares of future dilution, taking their valuation share count to ~42.2M. So I don’t put much weight on the $4 target.

The prior September deck said: “2H:26 initial tumor targeting and biodistribution data.” The new Sept. 11 Wainwright deck is much more specific: • Q4:26 target disclosure at a medical conference • Q4:26 demonstration of pan-cancer potential • Q4:26 KOL webinar • Q4:26 initial biodistribution and safety data in prostate cancer • Initial HUMAN PK/PD and dosimetry data, early pan-cancer POC and additional translational data expected by YE:26 That last line is the standout. This is no longer framed simply as more preclinical work. Management is explicitly guiding to human PK/PD and dosimetry data by year-end. They also changed the ATNM-400 slide title from “Differentiated Radiotherapy Targeting 3 Blockbuster Indications” to “Pan Cancer Radiotherapy Targeting 3 Blockbuster Indications” and added “NOT PSMA” to emphasize differentiation.
