<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>Circle’s stock jumped 5.59% while Coinbase shares&nbsp; dropped 1.64% after Moness Crespi said it was was adding to its short position in Coinbase and maintaining a long bet on Circle.</li><li>It reiterated a ‘Sell’ rating for COIN’s stock with a price target of $120 and a ‘Buy’ rating for Circle with a $125 price target.</li><li>Bernstein analysts also reiterated a bullish outlook on Circle and predicted the company could reach profitability this year.</li></ul>Shares of Circle Internet Group (CRCL) surged Tuesday while Coinbase (COIN) slipped after Monness Crespi said it was adding to its short position in Coinbase and maintaining a long bet on Circle, even amid President Donald Trump’s support for the crypto industry, blaming banks for holding the CLARITY Act “hostage.”<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/CRCL">CRCL’s stock</a> jumped 5.59% on the day to close the day at around $118, while&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/COIN">COIN’s stock</a> fell 1.64% to around $194. Cathie Wood’s ARK Buys $12 million HOOD Shares Before Robinhood 'Take Flight' Event

The company has now agreed with the FDA on new safety measures, including closer monitoring of liver function, short-term steroid treatment if needed, and stricter patient screening. Some patients with liver issues or serious heart instability will be excluded.“With the resolution in January of the clinical hold on our MAGNITUDE-2 Phase 3 trial for patients with hereditary ATTR with polyneuropathy, our attention now turns to completing enrollment in both ongoing trials. We appreciate the FDA’s responsiveness throughout this process and thank the many investigators and patients who are participating in these trials," said President and CEO, John Leonard.<h2 class="st-heading-2">MAGNITUDE Study&nbsp;</h2>MAGNITUDE is set to study about 1,200 patients to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a single dose of nex-z compared to placebo. MAGNITUDE-2 is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study testing nex-z in about 60 adults with hereditary ATTR amyloidosis affecting the nerves (ATTRv-PN).&nbsp;Patients are randomly assigned to receive either a single 55 mg infusion of nex-z or a placebo. During its fourth quarter (Q4) results in February, Robinhood reported that crypto-related transaction revenue dropped 38% year-over-year to $221 million. The company said the drop was driven by lower trading activity and lower crypto prices, which in turn caused the firm to miss revenue forecasts.&nbsp;Overall, Robinhood reported earnings of $0.66 per share, missing analyst expectations of $0.68, as per Koyfin data. Revenue came in at $1.28 billion, also missing the consensus estimate of $1.34 billion.&nbsp;In comparison to HOOD’s price drop of nearly 33%,&nbsp;<a href="http://stocktwits.com/coins/bitcoin">Bitcoin’s price</a> has only fallen around 25% so far this year.
