$ARDX Ibsrela TRx for the quarter very slightly above last quarter. For the week about 6% above the quarterly average and slightly up on a 4 week change basis. NRx great number, nicely above any number this year. RRx reasonable. Xphozah TRx up nicely on a four week change, back to just below the mid-Feb to June range but still nicely above last year. NRx very strong, best of the year. RRx reasonable. Quarterly decently above Q4 and Q1 but quite a bit below Q2.About halfway between Q4 and Q2. All in All a great week for NRx and a good week for TRx. Whether scripts will correlate with revenue depends on how accurate they are compared to actual patients and how different Shipments and GTN are from last quarter.

$ARDX Ibsrela TRx up nicely on the 4 week change. Above the average of the quarter. NRx very strong, not quite as strong as last week but only the 5th time this year above 1600. RRx reasonably strong. Total patients still has the labor day Holiday but still pretty strong. All in all a good week. Xphozah TRx Down on the 4 week change. Still running below Mid-Feb to June but above almost all of the TRx last year. NRx okay, RRx slightly weak. Overall for the quarter the data does not change much from last week.

$ARDX Ibsrela TRx excellent 4 week gain, NRx highest since the end of last year. RRx reasonably good. NRx had 2 anomalous weeks at the end of last year and as I have mentioned scripts for Ibsrela in Sept of last year were not believable. If you exclude those NRx would have a record. Xphozah TRx down slightly, NRx reasonably strong RRx okay. So while the numbers for the quarter are down from the Mid Feb-end of June period they are still a lot stronger than last year. A reminder Gross Revenue = shipments and then an estimate of rebates, discounts, etc is used to get Net Revenue. Last quarter with the price increase scripts predicted revenue in the low 90M range based on Q4 but shipments and GTN gave a value of 85M. This quarter scripts are running at about the same level as last quarter but imo have not been accurate at predicting revenue, so right now I am guessing and it is a wild as_ guess somewhere between 85-97M because they have not been a good indicator.

$ARDX On October 17, 2023 XPHOZAH was approved and the stock price closed at $3.45. The market cap then was roughly $800M on 232M shares outstanding and the company was generating about $124M in revenue. Today the market cap is $845M on roughly 250M shares outstanding and even with reduced guidance the company is targeting nearly $500M in revenue. So I am getting XPHOZAH for free today with a company that is generating nearly 5x the revenue and is targeting profitability in the next 6 months. On top of that I am getting the entire NH3 pipeline and potential for RoW sales for free. The market has lost it's mind. I am thankful for this disconnect. This is a screaming buy.

$ARDX 12$-15$ stock trading at 3,30$ lol Okk .. buying at 25 cents for the dollar. When will it hit 12$-15$ don't know but at some point market will give the true value. Maybe 1 year maybe 2 years. I am ok with that ... I understand longs from 3-4 years maybe tired and regret not selling at 7-9$ range but this prices don't make any sense... I am very positive within a 2 year period this can be at those prices meaning a 300% return. If you can wait it out stay strong IMO.

$ARDX I’ve not added to my position since august of 2025 and holding a core of ~45,000 shares (I “trade” / swing about 5k shares on and off). At this point I’m seriously considering throwing 50-75k at this. NIA and I’m not going to blow smoke your butt that I see this being $20 a share in a year but man this thing has so much potential. It’s just hard not to see it at $8+ a share in 6-10 months…of course, lot of people been saying that for many months 😁

$ARDX The thing I will relish most when this stock starts going up again is that the incessant FUD and whining will stop. Money will be a nice bonus.

$ARDX Some may remember that I took profits from my ARDX stock in 2023 and purchased a beach house. Over 3 years later and all the renovation is done. Tough decision, but I’m listing the home this week (I do Real Estate on the side). Hoping I’m able to sell in time to roll my equity and profits into purchasing more ARDX shares during this dip. $ARDX Still not selling and still not worried about this price. Part of my reasoning is here: CKM = Cardio - Kidney - Metabolic, a specific patient cohort. Once a patient reaches ESRD, the existing meds (SGLT2) do nothing because kidneys have failed. This group represents 1 in 490 medicare patients but 10+% of total annual spend. It is the smallest, most expensive and most difficult group to treat. This is the key Ardx patient and Mike Raab was working on solutions here before Ardelyx even existed. "if this is one metabolic disease, then the whole apparatus built around it is mis-shaped. Three specialties, drug classes still largely marketed per-organ, quality measures scored per-organ, and — the expensive part — a payment system that reimburses organ-failure events (the admission, the dialysis session) rather than treatment of the shared metabolic root." I refuse to believe this is a small sub 1 billion MC story.

$ARDX Yesterday, $IOVA jumped more than 30% after raising 2026 revenue guidance to $410–420M, a $55M increase at the midpoint. Now look at Ardelyx: IBSRELA is guided to $350–370M in 2026 and XPHOZAH to $110–120M, putting combined product revenue around $460–490M. Q2 alone delivered $118.1M in product revenue, +31% YoY, with IBSRELA up 33% and XPHOZAH up 27%. And now August–September prescription trends are improving, especially IBSRELA, suggesting payer friction is becoming more manageable. IOVA just reminded the market what happens when strong execution forces expectations higher. ARDX already has two growing commercial products, improving prescription momentum, and a long-term IBSRELA opportunity still targeting $1B in annual revenue. Sometimes the rerating comes suddenly.

$ARDX say whatever you want but now there is just pessimism on this stock an d games being played. Of course we can keep going lower but at this point is easy to see that this has a great risk reward.... 3,3$ is 1,8X Price to sales. Industry average 8x or 14$ .... What do you think will happen when sentiment turns to optimism and we start having good news.... This will happen at some point within next 2 years IMO. We have some cash and revenue growing ... Won't go BK anytime soon as some may think. IMO

$ARDX no position, but another 10K contract put sale today. That's the 10th time, apparently. the stock's price surge this morning is likely market maker buying shares to offset the puts they bought from the trade. Big premium collection going on assuming price holds above $4 at expiration.

$ARDX back to 25k shares. With my luck will hit 2.50. Hope not and still think unless there is some mystery yet to be revealed we are very undervalued

$ARDX donated my weekly $1000 at $3.46 a share. Still staying positive while navigating through the sea of negativity on here. I still believe this story turns around but time will tell

$ARDX Ok I know this is getting old for all of us longs. No one is happy. However - I am a glass is half full kind of guy. Looking back at the daily price chart for the end of June it seems that some people were aware of the impending negative news. On June 23 it closed at $6.18 and on June 30 it closed at $5.10. On June 26 the volume was over 17M shares and it was -8%. My point is that while the current SP sucks there has been no dramatic downdraft in the price yet - just the constant drip drip drip lower. So I am thinking no impending negative news. We will all find out in a few weeks.
