Only the most renowned research institutes, researchers, and university hospitals worldwide are working in this field. As mentioned in some of the posts here, examples are frequently cited of those who work with or use PACB’s systems. Widespread adoption is only a matter of time, as genetics will increasingly provide answers to the unknowns surrounding health and disease. As for my investment here, I’ll be patient and won’t let the ups and downs throw me off. Why I post it also here? Because Arcturus will deliver/provides the practical application. So let's stay patient and wait until the general public and the big players get on board here, too. Thanks to the users here who provide regular updates.

$ARCT With Lunar2.0, Arcturus can now expand into other therapeutic targets such as PKU and Gout, and potentially other liver indications as well. Hence, I strongly believe market is currently very underestimating the potential of Lunar2.0. Imaging making a different mRNA construct for other liver diseases and using Lunar2.0 which is a highly effective delivery system that provides a 38 fold increase in potency for the target liver enzyme, it could be a Plug and Play model system going forward. The vehicle stays the same, ie the LNP, the cargo changes, example for OTC deficiency, can load mRNA that codes for OTC enzyme, for PKU, switch the cargo to mRNA that codes for PAH enzyme and for Gout, switch it to an mRNA sequence that targets uric acid clearance. Just my own thinking….very bullish….

It’s the makings of a good, solid company for years to come. Soon our market cap will be measured in the billions, not hundreds of millions.

That expands the addressable market way beyond what most people were initially pricing in. Also really interested to hear what comes out of the upcoming platform update. $ARCT Leerink Partners maintains Outperform rating on Arcturus Therapeutics, $19 price target

$ARCT wall st analysts have just upgraded Arct from buy to strong buy. I would expect more upgrades to come.

$ARCT Yesterday, the presentation highlighted very positive results for 810, therapy for OTC deficiency. In the latest set of results, ammonia and glutamine levels are reduced and within normal range. This implies that 810 works and demonstrated highly encouraging efficacy and safety profiles. The huge surprise is the unveiling of Lunar2.0, its next generation mRNA delivery platform. This is a massive structural upgraded platform that future iterations can likely offer far lower, safer and less frequent dosing cycles. The fact that the FDA gives them the green light to immediately integrate their next-gen candidate ARCT2601 into the ongoing Phase 2 study is proof of the confidence and promise in the delivery system.

$ARCT The more I look into Arcturus and think about it, the more I’m convinced that this company—which is still relatively unknown at this stage but is making great strides with its mRNA approach—has a bright future ahead, unless a major player acquires it.
