$AGMB The stock had a small uptick on good results then got liquidated. I was stopped out with a trailing stop. IMO despite these very good results the market is looking forward to an expensive 2b trial that will take some time. Unfortunately, now the ipo investors and most others are in the red. Based on cash burn and time needed we will run into tax loss selling season and probably not see a bottom until Nov/Dec. I look forward to rebuying at that point. GLTA

$AGMB Wow the OLE data looks great, both for safety and efficacy. That’s a big buy signal for me

Agomab Therapeutics shares fell during the morning session, reversing a strong premarket gain after the company reported favorable 60-week data from the open-label extension of its Phase 2a STENOVA trial evaluating ontunisertib in patients with fibrostenotic Crohn’s disease. The results showed sustained disease control, a low annualized disease-related event rate of 3%, and no surgeries throughout the treatment period. The data support the company’s planned global Phase 2b NOV-ERA study, expected to enroll about 320 patients. Despite the constructive clinical readout, the intraday reversal reflects a “buy the rumor, sell the news” dynamic often seen in small-cap clinical-stage biotech stocks. Additional selling pressure came after Wall Street Zen downgraded the stock to “Sell” on Sept. 30, one day before the data release. $AGMB

$AGMB “At week 48 of the OLE, 97% of evaluate patients were in clinical remission as assessed by the CDAI score… only one FSCD-related event, an EBD procedure, was reported during the study, corresponding to an annualized event rate of 3%. No patients progressed to surgery during up to 60 weeks of ontunisertib 200 mg BID treatment. For reference, while not based on head-to-head studies, recent publications on a comparable FSCD patient population receiving advanced therapies reported annualized event rates ranging from 23-35%” These are some truly amazing results. Congrats to Agomab and Dr. Rieder on making a difference in the lives of patients living with fibrostenosing CD. It’s just a handful so far, but hopefully many more to come.

$AGMB I got an alert from bioradar.io about this company. Looks interesting, especially the ownership structure and cash runway. Thinking about buying in longterm.
