$AGEN Just stopped by the site to say “ Congrats” to you guys.. particularly to the long time holders whose monikers I recognize from the years reading the Yahoo message board. I first bought shares of Agenus back in 2016, but never joined Yahoo to post.. just read it religiously. Peter was the “ board master” so to speak for many years, but some of the posters now here on Stocktwits were there too. I traded in and out , actually missed the R/S , but still followed the stock. It took years and many trades to get back to even, but in July this year I saw daylight and moved on. Again, congrats to all the longs , particularly the ones in the stock as long or longer than I was. You folks deserve your success! I hope the stock keeps going higher! BTW, I’m certainly considering another position in old AGEN.. I’ve always thought the science was very good. Best Wishes!

$AGEN specialist bio funds have taken very large positions (up to just short of 10% where reporting is required) so id expect much more price support than what we’ve seen in the past. Agenus is no longer a good short in my opinion.

Everyone knows Neo-adjuvant SOC is in the dark ages for CRC....We ALSO know BAL/BOT works with outstanding results in the CRC neo-adjuvant setting ... IMHO ... Once we can get Phase 3 finally up and running... Will anyone of us be surprised with a AA in the second half of next year?... I for one would be surprised if we don't get AA.

$AGEN this $98.40 gap will eventually fill IMO. When we do get our first real big news such as major results, FDA approval, or buyout news the algos and day traders will inherently bring us to this level. Before it happens we should already be in the $20-$30 range. A 300%+ day euphoric move at that point is easily plausible with a low micro cap bio tech stock. We see it happen all the time. It’s not a matter of if not when. The fact that our pump on July 26th from $3.27 to $8.70 didn’t fully retrace and got bought up heavily and consolidated just tells me that people know something, more than average retail does. Still insanely undervalued here if what we all expect to play out does play out. It’s free to believe in something.

$AGEN i think one of the best highlights were when My Taylor made it very clear that no one is close to the point we are and also the clinical data. That was to put investors at ease about the so called competition article that help but us off the path to a new 52 week high but that will change after this call.

$AGEN I am not surprised that AGEN share price is going higher. I am also not surprised that Biotechguy21 doesn't post 23x per day.

$AGEN So it looks like BotBal is really the leading treatment for CRC and it's a not a close race. Neo adjuvant treatment results are fantastic. So many need this option and so I think the FDA will finally be pressured to move on approval. That's not optimum but it's the nature of Agenus to work this way. This may be by necessity due to BP politics. I think we see a much higher stock price coming our way in 2027. Now we need another front to attack . My vote is for pancreatic or melonoma!!. Come on Dr Chand/ Dr O'Day , You can develop a modification to another treatment. A big break through would be so nice!!

$AGEN Dr. Kassi and City oh Hope are opening multiple sites nation wide for Nest 3. I think that this is an excellent news, and look forward to first data reports. This is nothing short of a miracle for Agenus, and every day it becomes more clear that I hope that Bot/Bali are likely to become a SOC in not so distant future. Best of all, Agenus only provides Bot/Bali and no additional cost to them

Agenus recently scrapped it’s late stage CRC phase 3 for a phase 3 frontline/adjuvant setting. Interesting….

$AGEN Today was enjoyable, but don't be dismayed if this gives some of the gain back at some point. There is a long road ahead. Being patient is difficult but necessary if one is to give oneself an opportunity to succeed. Over the years I have come to more readily accept the timelines involved. The financial issues here are well understood, but I still believe there is a fundamental misunderstand of the onerous timelines in bringing drugs to market. Even the most successful drugs. For instance, Keytruda, a massive success by any measure. It was originally conceived way back in 2003 by a company called Organon. I do not know all of the mechanics which brought it to Merck, but I assume it was through a buyout of some sort. Merck eventually moved it into advanced development in 2009, and it was finally approved in 2016, a full 13 years from original concept! This takes a long time, even when being controlled by giants.
