$AEFI So apparently AMFN signed a twelve month national news series. So everyone panicking about the CPA for both companies needs to take a step back. Brent is moving along just fine!!

$AEFI $AMFN I’M HEAVILY INVESTED IN BOTH HEY BEARS… I get it now Makes TOTAL sense! 10+ years as an established company (founded 2016), Kepler Aerospace suddenly decided now is the best time to burn it all down for an OTC scam! 😂 Brent Nelson is out doing interviews representing BOTH AMFN & AEFI—talking real Textron sales within 6 months, signed power contracts, and instant fuel offtake agreements as soon as the audit/Form 10 wraps. Because obviously, after a decade of tech buildout, their master plan was to torch their reputation for penny stock pocket change. 🤡 And to top it all off, it’s completely normal for 30+ year industry veterans to jump at the chance to ruin their reputations for a quick OTC pump & dump! 🤡 Because execs with decades of credibility do ZERO due diligence before signing on. Bears are hilarious! That makes about as much sense as NASA closing down rocket launches to focus on selling baked goods at a local bake sale. Bears are hilarious! 🚀🔥

If you think jail worthy lies are being told, industry vets throwing away their reputations to sign on etc. all for a still relatively small OTC “scam”, then I’ve got one question for you. $AEFI Evening Bulls…..😎 Well, Q3 has officially come and gone without the Form 10 filing. Obviously, I would’ve liked to see it filed today, but I’m not reading anything negative into a missed estimated timeframe. Remember, the company told us the 2-year PCAOB audit was nearing completion and the Form 10 was substantially advanced. They also made clear that the expected Q3 filing was subject to completion of the audit and final legal, accounting and management review. These things don’t always happen exactly on the timetable management hopes for. We saw the same thing with AMFN, whose PCAOB audit ran past its original targeted completion timeframe before ultimately getting completed and the Form 10 filed. So for me, nothing has changed except the calendar. Hopefully we’ll get either the filing itself or an update from the company very soon. Still here…..still waiting…..and still looking forward to what comes next. 😎✌️

$AEFI By the way did you guys see that the chief revenue officer (CRO) of our sister company $AMFN purchased over 840,000 shares on the open market at an average of $.102 I think the form 4 said he’s sitting on 3 million shares now I’m still closing in on 1M but knowing this I might try for 2M Follow the money!!!!! And don’t forget $AEFI is next Talent hired Waiting in PCAOB audit completion and form 10 filing and we are off to races It’s funny how some still don’t understand that these companies are tied at the hip Good luck everyone

$AEFI had to block a few people over the past few days. I was a little skeptical after that pop and figured it might come back down this way since there was no significant news. That jump brought a lot of attention and when it didnt continue then the bears come out in full force saying "haha told you so". Im holding long because of the interviews I watched on youtube, if it works then im not worried about share structure. Most/all OTCs i have gambled with do not show this type of promise to ACTUALLY make some cash. If it doesnt work well then dam I guess I lose some money and continue on with my life.

$AEFI diesel fuel has been in the news a lot recently. I know SAF seems to be the main priority for AEFI, but I wonder if they are actively trying to get private and federal contracts of some sort for their diesel fuel technology since it seems to be a much bigger issue than jet fuel at the moment. Brent stated that they have the fuel technology in place. Anyone know if the fuel tech they have patented is just for SAF or is it for diesel as well?
