$ZIVO Here Ya Go... Out Today! "One of our most significant developments involves our coccidiosis product. We recently completed a long-running study with a major animal health company, and the results were very positive. Based on the outcome of that study (and of course a host of prior successful studies), the company has indicated that it wants to move forward and exercise its option for a long term partnership. We are currently working through the necessary agreements and next steps.

$ZIVO Not often you get to buy a $20 stock for $4. Not sure what ya'll are waiting for. 1. In negotiation with major animal health company for license/partnership for coccidiosis in broiler chickens. There are multiple other species that coccidiosis application can support. Turkey, swine, cattle, goat/sheep just for starters. I'd expect the license/partnership should cover more than just poultry. 2. First commercial sale of the algae as an ingredient to a global food/nutrition company. Newly formulated gummy to hit the market. License is not a done deal yet but I doubt that negotiations wouldn't be completed before year end. Only 4.2 million shares out here. $16.8 million market cap. The above 2 items alone should have the stock trading higher on anticipation and should be at least $20 on delivery.

$ZIVO Shareholder update today is nice. 1. Major animal health company wants to license the product and initiate a long term partnership 2. Shipped 270+Kgs of algae product as first order to a major supplements company to incorporate algae as ingredient in gummies. Both are significant news. First license for natural product to treat coccidiosis in broiler chickens. Numerous addition animal vertical possible. And first commercial agreement to incorporate that algae as ingredient in external product. Not sure why no PR on the commercial agreement for gummies. It's material given the current status of things. The license deal probably information being suppressed by the animal health company until a license is formalized. $3.00 is too cheap at this point in time.

$ZIVO September has come and gone. I do think there will be some kind of announcement in Q4. Will it be more of the same or something that’s going to create value?

$ZIVO — I took a closer look at the new U.S. patent issued this month. The patent covers poultry feed containing LPS derived specifically from Variovorax paradoxus or Rhodobacter sphaeroides at roughly 0.5–5 lb/ton. These appear to be the same organisms/materials ZIVO has actually been developing in its poultry program. The claim is fairly narrow. Potential design-arounds could include another bacterial LPS source, different concentrations, drinking-water administration instead of feed, or a different immune-modulating molecule. ZIVO originally pursued much broader claims, but the patent ultimately issued with only 3 claims and is subject to a terminal disclaimer, suggesting meaningful overlap with ZIVO’s earlier IP. ZIVO had already disclosed these same two bacterial species, poultry feed and overlapping dosage concepts in an earlier patent family
