$XFLT Offer terms Latest update 09/22/2026 4:48 PM ET XAI Floating Rate & Alternative Income Trust is offering to purchase up to 1,903,861 of its issued and outstanding common shares of beneficial interest. The offer is to purchase Common Shares in exchange for cash at a price equal to 98% of the net asset value ("NAV") per Common Share determined as of the close of the regular trading session of the NYSE, on the next day the NAV is calculated after the Expiration Date. The offer is being made upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase. If more than 1,903,861 Common Shares are tendered and not withdrawn, any purchases will be made on a pro rata basis. The Offer is subject to important terms and conditions, including the conditions listed under Section 3, "Certain Conditions of the Offer" of the Offering Documents.
