$XERI Another failed PR pump from the turdbags at Xeriant. The more they talk the lower the price goes. You should literally just shut the hell up unless you are announcing a signed contract with money changing hands or bankruptcy.

$XERI Well damn that made the board silent huh? Where did the pumpers go? Does nobody want to talk about this? What about the new 39 million shares added to OS? Anybody??

$XERI It seems that a formal complaint has now been officially filed with the SEC against Xeriant. I am a shareholder that supports this move from whoever filed it. I have used 3 different versions of A.I and all of them have not been able to find a single piece of digtal evidence to corroborate a single thing Xeriant has out as a company in the last 5 years. There is no evidence whatsoever on Nexboard. No pictures, no test results, literally nothing. A.I cannot find anything on it. All we have is a failed ceos word that knowingly took a toxic loan that buried the company in millions in debt so he could issue warrants left and right and dilute for years to line his and his brothers pockets with hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years!

$XERI A little clarification about The1_Dude's post below... What has been submitted is not an SEC “formal complaint” against Xeriant in the sense that the SEC has brought charges, opened an enforcement action or made any finding of wrongdoing. It is a TCR — a "Tips, Complaints and Referrals" submission — submitted by an anonymous iHub poster (Quester614) asking the SEC to investigate his allegations. And, importantly, the poster himself has made clear that much of what he is submitting consists of questions, suspicions and theories that he wants the SEC to investigate — not actual evidence of securities fraud. Anyone can submit information through the SEC's TCR system concerning a possible securities-law violation. That does not make the allegations true. It does not mean the SEC agrees with them. And it certainly does not mean the SEC (or anyone) has filed a “formal complaint” against Xeriant. Those are very different things.

$XERI And still NO updates on the final production run that was supposed to provide homebuilders with samples to do their rigorous internal reviews of the product. 3 weeks since that last PR and about 4 months since it was certified and patented. These guys don't do anything fast.
