$WKHS Why is this even listed still? It's split so many times, they need to get out and go private.

$WKHS absolutely zero doubt, within the next 2 weeks there will be more dilution with some move to raise cash. They need it for any new orders such as they’ve announced ….. mysteriously as always right before an earnings report.

$WKHS been a while. This was my first stock and changed it all for me. 2020-21 were great times. Well I guess t OshKosh finally started making those new delivery vehicles? On my way to a hotel in Kentucky for work. This was taken in Kentucky.

$WKHS Any guesses on WKHS' upcoming cash raise (source, amount, deal structure)? No: nothing is announced, and there's no rumor afoot. But no psychic skills are required to see it MUST happen. Apply some arithmetic to their Q2 position, and even with optimistic views of revenue and cost reductions, they're skint. Since the merger they've shifted the financing from Customer Orders to Cash, and raised more through additional debt and deferred payments. Their sole funding source to date is entities owned by Gary Magness, who funded legacy Motiv to the tune of $107M (which was all forgiven in exchange for shares), and since then commitments to an additional ~$60M (most of which is now spent). The burning question is: will it still be The Gary Magness Show, or are there other wiling contributors? The last 10K didn't appear very optimistic about new sources...
