$VENU Wow, 60% insider and institutional owned. Add in the newest insider buys (almost 1% of the company JUST THE OTHER DAY ON THE OPEN MARKET) and long term individual holders that dont need to register, vs 15% short with no real liquid between. Oh this will be a face ripper when it happens lmao.

Venu Holding Corp. reported that two senior executives purchased a combined 400,000 shares for $700,000, with both transactions executed at $1.75 per share on Sept. 11, 2024. Director Thomas M. Finke acquired 200,000 common shares, increasing his total holdings to 329,605 shares, according to a Form 4 filing with the SEC. CEO and Chairman Jay W. Roth also purchased 200,000 shares through the JWR Living Trust, bringing the trust’s holdings to 262,500 shares. Roth separately owns 9,276,413 shares directly and has an additional 999,720 shares indirectly through the KMR Living Trust. The combined insider purchases represent a notable $700,000 investment by two senior company executives. Insider buying is closely watched by investors because executives have detailed knowledge of a company’s operations, financial position and strategic plans, although such transactions do not necessarily predict future stock performance. $VENU

$VENU Just more insider buying. Insiders notoriously have the least ammount of information needed to decided to buy it all up or dump it.

$VENU I was at a show earlier this year at the Ford🏟️ and this pre IPO investor was bragging about his $3 cost basis. Looks like I won bitch 😂(😭)

$VENU I do not understand how the Frisco convention center with ability to use as 3000 seat music venue fits with the overall vision. This is a distinctly different project.

$VENU Inflated assets is not revenue. The investments in inflated fire pit suites are not panning out, not one concert has sold out in Colorado Springs. This financial layering to stay afloat is falling apart, to much debt.
