$UCL Today’s volume is unusual due to stop loss raid. Going from $0.48 to $0.31 must have triggered so many stop losses. Typical MM open book scenario to steal shares before a major run.

$UCL Compliance date is over 5 months out...February 2027. Also $2M share buy back approved and should start soon after all these Insider buys Form 4s on Edgar. And there is no dilutionary instruments..this is a high level of shorting and manipulation with multiple accts loading on the bid moving shares around to look like its going down.

$UCL I like this heading into the weekend. All she needs is some attention. She is starting to get some. Undervalued imo. Lot's of room to run.
