$TRKAQ Let me put a pulse on doc 266 again real quick… When the Plan became effective, the old TRKA shares, warrants and ownership interests were cancelled… We know that and we know that didn’t automatically erase the corporation itself… And the Plan tells us that… Pull the doc and go to exhibit A, Article IV.C… META was given authority, “on or after the effective date,” to “merge or dissolve any Debtor.” Words are sooo key when reading these dockets… Notice the choice of words… merge OR dissolve... It doesn’t say every Debtor was automatically dissolved… I know, I know, Reds, that does NOT mean TRKA is merging… But…… The Plan specifically addresses a merger “with another Debtor,” yet the authority given to META simply says it “may merge or dissolve any Debtor.” It never says ONLY with another Debtor…. Doc 266…. Ask…. What META is legally allowed to do with the surviving corporate entity before this is finished… Hint…… Follow the value…. Not just the names…

There’s a provision in the warrants called “Fundamental Transaction.” It appears to provide that if a qualifying transaction occurs while the warrants are outstanding, the warrant holders can become entitled to the securities or other consideration of the successor/acquiring entity, whether public or private. In this particular case, a transaction that appears to involve substantially all of the company’s assets was consummated while the warrants were still outstanding. Twenty-eight days later, the warrants were cancelled under the bankruptcy plan. My question is: If the Fundamental Transaction occurred while the warrants were outstanding, does the subsequent cancellation of the warrants extinguish rights that had already been triggered by that transaction, or could those rights survive as a separate contractual entitlement? I’m particularly interested in whether the timing matters here.

$TRKAQ Doc 442 9/10/2026 was META’s certificate of no objection to the seventh omnibus objection in doc 437, with a proposed order attached... Day later 9/11/2026, Judge Jones entered doc 443 and granted the objection... Signed order disallowed and expunged the duplicate claim, disallowed and expunged the schedule 2 equity claim, reduced the partially unliquidated claims to the modified amounts in schedule 3, and disallowed and expunged the no liability claim……. The schedule 2 equity claim was Alexis Loiselle’s 500,000 proof of claim based on “Stocks.” Importantly, 443 did not newly cancel TRKA equity……. It rejected that stock based proof of claim, with the underlying objection relying on the Plan’s prior cancellation and extinguishment of equity… So the sequence looks like this…… 437 requested the relief, 442 certified no opposition, and 443 made the relief a signed court order…
