$THRY I think we are approaching the inflection point here.  End of the road for them or some proof of viability?  Ckmoany seems content letting what’s left of their investor community know at the next earnings date. Zero communication as they are now down 95 percent in a year. Writing is is on the wall.  Awful.

$THRY These guys are flush with cash. Either announce a buyback or dividend immediately.

$THRY they should 100 percent do a 1 dollar dividend with the sale proceeds. It’s a third of the sale dollars, so not crazy and should do something to return some value to shareholders.  This has been an absolute disaster and as a public company, some level of return is in order.  The sale is double the market cap, so do something.
