$TEVA $38.88 bid Holding long position at profit BRIEF:Teva (TEVA) said the FDA approved DEGEVMA (denosumab-adet) as a biosimilar to Amgen's (AMGN) Xgeva for all reference-product indications. Approved uses include preventing bone complications in adults with advanced cancer that has spread to bone, treating giant cell tumor of bone, and treating hypercalcemia of malignancy. Teva said DEGEVMA is its second FDA-approved biosimilar of 2026 and, with March-approved PONLIMSI, gives it a U.S. denosumab biosimilar portfolio spanning Xgeva and Prolia indications. The company expects to launch both DEGEVMA and PONLIMSI in the U.S. in the coming months.
